Table top short rib pappardelle is a really nice tasting meal to try along with their cocktails. Would come back.
A great place to share a meal and get a fun drinks. This restaurant does a great job with making “eating” more than just another place to eat. It's an experience on top of the great food!
The food was great. We ate the chicken pesto and vodka pasta. The appetizer wings were delicious. The seating was a bit reduced.
Jacqueline G was our server. She was fantastic from start to finish! As it was our first time here, she explained the menu and all of our options. She answered all of our questions. Our drinks were brought and we were given time to enjoy them, at our request, before placing our dinner order. We ordered a Caesar salad to share and the Short rib pappardelle, which was prepared table side for two. It was quite the presentation and tasted amazing. The portion was very healthy and neither of us was able to finish, so we have some to enjoy today. We are already looking forward to returning and are going to try the brunch soon.
Delicious food, Jorge was perfect as usual. Really enjoy dining at this delightful restaurant!!
Jorge our server only seem to speak with the males at our table whenever he takes our orders. Dismisses the women at the table.
Really good food and the service was impeccable. We were looking for a cheese wheel pasta dinner and I'm really happy we picked this place for a first experience. The cheese wheel was a fun entertaining and educational experience. They take the time to tell you about how each item is incorporated in to.
It was all great, BUT there was a lot of bugs flying around the whole time I was trying to eat and I seen a few workers trying to kill the flies while I was eating which is not really professional and not appetizing. But food was really good.
Delicious food and drinks!

My friends and I were eager to experience 19Seventy due to its impressive reviews. Unfortunately, our visit did not meet expectations.
To begin on a positive note, we were warmly greeted and promptly seated upon arrival, thanks to our reservation. Despite the bustling atmosphere on that Saturday night, the restaurant was beautifully decorated, clean, and easily accessible.
However, the experience took a downturn with service and beverages. Shortly after seating, our waitress approached us, yet we needed to flag her down around 10 minutes later to place our drink orders and inquire about recommendations.
The drinks took an additional 15 minutes to arrive. While the presentation of the lemon drop, apple martini, and another trendy cocktail was visually appealing, the flavors were significantly lacking.
Despite the cocktails being priced over $21 each, their disappointing taste led us to leave them unfinished resulting in about $100 essentially going to waste, indicative of potential inconsistencies in bartending that evening.
Service remained a challenge during our stay. When we wanted to order appetizers, we again had to seek out our waitress's attention. Choosing the popular meatballs and what I believe was calamari, we found the meatballs bland and the calamari not prepared as requested—it was overly thick and lacked a crispy texture.
As our evening progressed, ordering our dinner meals also required flagging down the waitress, which highlighted the challenge she faced managing her tables on such a busy night.
This constant need for attention, combined with prolonged wait times, left us feeling underserved. The food itself was mediocre, uninspired, and the drinks, frankly, were disappointing.
While the ambiance of 19Seventy provided an attractive setting, it could not compensate for the crucial dining elements of food quality and service efficiency.
Given these experiences, it's difficult to recommend this location based on the service received and the lack of satisfaction with both food and beverages.
Overall, despite its promising atmosphere, our anticipation fell short, and we hope future improvements might lead to a more fulfilling experience. Although we wont be back.

Went for the pasta made in cheese wheel. Great price for nice presentation and tasty dish. The orange liquor added to flambé the cheese left an interesting flavor—still on fence about whether it was necessary, nonetheless overall great meal for a good price.
My daughter works for a Michelin star restaurant so we are very lucky to have fine dining experiences. I noticed a few comments about slow service and I can tell you that is not the case at all. We hoped for a slightly slower pace as is customary in fine dining, but I totally understand that you can’t please everyone. Jackie’s service was exceptional and her recommendations beyond the pasta I already knew I wanted, spot on! Mushrooms were delicious and I mixed one in the pasta and had some of the best bites ever! Overall, we had a great dining experience and will be returning.
Thank you 19seventy for providing a legit menu and excellent dining experience in our neighborhood for a fair price.

This restaurant no longer serves halal food. I visited in December 2025. I still have it a shot and order the fettuccine Alfredo and farmers pizza which were both bland and not good. Maybe the food with meat is better. Sad we were not able to try.

First time visiting 1970, came here to celebrate my mom. When I walked in, an employee saw me but didn't greet me right away; it took about a minute or two before I was acknowledged and seated. My table was also dirty, and I noticed it didn't have the flower centerpiece the other tables had—not a big deal, just something I noticed. My server was friendly, although service slowed down toward the end and he disappeared for a while. I ordered the calamari, drunken clams, fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp, and a side of the farmer's vegetables. Overall, the food was really good. The calamari had great flavor, though I personally would've liked the batter a little crispier. The pasta was delicious, the shrimp were cooked perfectly, and the vegetables were flavorful. I also ordered the Kiwi Breeze drink and it was so good—not too sweet, full of flavor, and came with a cool presentation. The only downside was that I ordered the farmer's vegetables specifically because I wanted broccolini, but it came with regular broccoli instead. I let my server know, and then the manager came over to address it. She explained that broccolini had been removed from the menu and kindly offered a complimentary dessert, which was a nice gesture. Aside from that, the restaurant was very clean, including the restroom. The atmosphere was mellow, not too loud, and had good vibes overall. I would definitely come back.
