I wish to give 5 stars for the customer service and merchandises provided at the Whittier Amazon Go in California. Yet I decide to give 4 stars as of today because I can't speak directly to the staff there via phone to find store information regarding the coffee machine break down recently. I really like to shop at this location, spending more than $5.00 to receive a free coffee (very good coffee). Yet I couldn't have my free coffee lately (2 latest visits) because of this inconvenience. I'd like to bring my family and friends there to impress and introduce them with Amazon Go I recently discovered, but I will have to wait until this coffee machine is fixed. I try to call the store to find when I can visit this Amazon Go site again to purchase foods there ($5 purchase or more to have a free coffee), but I can't speak to anyone via phone unless I have to be there physically to have this information. I'd appreciate very much if this store can have the coffee machine fixed. Thank you!

I didnt like how I was ask to take my phone off my hand nor going thru it ... I will make a complaint tomorrow & the other ypur girl wearing all green was mir professional and kind to the tall women with a lazy attitude ... I could see her badge was on the pocket ... NOW MY PAKAGE SAID THEY WAS DELIVERED AND I GOR TO NAKE A POLICE REPORT SEE IF ANY ONE STEALING PACKAGE ,BEEN ONCE TO MANY TIMES AM GOT MAKE A POLICE REPORT , THATS AMAZON JOB ... I SHOULD GOT A PHITO OF THAT LADY ... NOT KIND !!!

I made a return here and bought some snacks. The returns were easy. The snacks were cool because of a deal but there isn’t much that I’d want to buy to eat here. It’s great if you’re in a bind but overpriced and lacks interesting or varied items. Friendly service.

My first time doing a return here and it was smooth. Just have your Amazon app ready and on the home page at the top scroll to the right to look for “in store code.” That’s what will get you in.
Made my return and once I associated a payment, I just get items to buy and walk out without having to scan anything. Smooth and I’ll be here next time.

I’m not going to lie being a general expert. I went in there and had trouble with the app. After looking at all the items they had for refreshments I was a little bit, overwhelmed. I chose a coffee and some avocado toast, and personally, the avocado toast was delicious and the Guacamole they use was fresh five stars
Went in today to do a return from Amazon.... It was super quick and easy. Literally took me 2 minutes and the guy working there was so friendly. Definitely a good spot!

Amazon return now forces you to visit this store despite not being close to it at all. Drove 40 minutes, just for staff to tell me that the item cannot be returned in store, and that I need to contact support. Reached out to their online support while I was in the parking lot and they said that the store should accept my return with the QR code provided. Went in again just for the staff inside to say that the QR code that was emailed to me minutes ago cannot be processed and they cannot take my return. Do not bother coming to this store. The system between the store and the online shop is clearly not functional, and the staff in the store clearly do not want to help you resolve it in any way.
