I was very disappointed ☹️ I had been wanting to try this place for a while and yesterday I tried. I checked online before I left my office, the website said all I needed was a debit card to get in. I left my cell on my desk, I tried to get into the store with my card and I couldn't get in then an employee walked up and said can I see your card and by the way it's an AMEX without a chip then he says, I can't shop without a chip, I said nevermind and walked out I understand that they don't take cash but they take EBT, maybe if the guy that walked up would have been a little more understanding I would have been ok but he dismissed me like my business was beneath him I wanted to give him the bird

Went in for the first time. I asked the guy working ",how donthey know" and he gave the company line "technology". I said, boo. He said there are lots of sensors and cameras, etc...Well, I picked up a drink from one frige and decided on another flavor in the next case. So I put the first one back, then opened the door of the second and took that one. Must not be great technology bc it's very obvious I put the first one back and got a different one, yet I was charged for both. Will not return. Too much anxiety, not enough answers. Seems like a great way to get hacked or somehow be charged for somebody else's "purchase" if the "high-tech" can't even distinguish my trade.Lots of empty shelves. Gas stations have more.I was expecting cool things like Japan has. Why not just put everything in vending machines? There are whole pizza vending machines and other cool dispensing items like that. This place didn't even have the advertised $1 warm cookies... and I thought prices would be cheaper being an Amazon but they weren't.It's a one and done store. I don't see a reason to go back.

I walk here on my lunch to pick up a couple of snacks maybe once a week. So far, food is good, pricing is high, and customer service is a hit or miss. It’s either really great and they’re engaging or they roll their eyes at you for asking a question. It’s a roll of the dice.I noticed that each time I go, they are always out of stock with empty rows so make with that what you will but when items are in stock, it’s great quality.Love the ease of the store, the quality of its products and the location - just wish the customer service was better and items were actually available. Even besides those issues, will probably come back searching for improvements.

I just came in leading with my curiosity, the girl in the entrance showed me how to get in between my app. It’s a convenience store where you can buy whatever you can find in a gas station, but they have some goodies, bowls, frozen food, sushi, poke bowls… I asked for the month sandwich Cuban, I customized it. Delicious bread meats and sauces $5 with a good coffee from the machine (espresso) self serving. I liked the experience, the sandwich was good. It is a place where you can pick your Amazon orders also. I’ll be back. Thanks all. New experience, some airports in Europe have these kind of stores where you can have what you want in a personalized-modern way.World is changing and I like to move in the direction that keeps me up to our days ?

First and last time visiting the store. Went in to make a return. Reluctantly let in the store by rude employee. Returned items and asked to look around the store to see what they offered. Was told I needed to leave the store immediately since I entered absent the app. Very poor customer experience. I’ll let anyone know who wants to listen to avoid this store. Completely opposite of Amazon Fresh store where employees are very friendly and welcoming

Super easy to return items there. If you tell them your shopping they give you a code for $2 off

It's a great place and the service staff are also very good. I recommend everyone to check it out when you have time.

I had hoped for the ultra modern tech packed unmanned store that are found throughout Asia. But I was surprised by how much it feels like the regular 7 Eleven albeit without the diversity ownership. First thing you bad to do is find our way to find the QR code for the subway like entrance gate. Then in theory you can pickup whatever you wanted and leave and all your purchase will be paid by your Amazon account automatically. That is if you don't want any of the freshly microwaved "avocado toast" that' Amazon made sure to push at every corner of the tiny store. Then you'll have to wait for another 30 minutes. Idk how they can make food legit food at a Taiwanese night market for less than 10 minute yet it takes 30 min to make toast with avocado. Anyways. Oh and the advertised special breakfast of your choosing I don't think they applied for the discount. I'm too lazy to argue over $2. Needless to say I won't be going back ever again. Something's Amazon just shouldn't touch.

This is my second time ordering a sandwich for lunch. The bread was dry like before. The tomatoes were not ripe. It was the texture of apples without any flavor. I will not be going back a third time

Was working in the area and checked out the amazon go store. It's like a 711 but cleaner. Liked the palm reader option and it's a lot faster. Love that you can grab everything and skip the line if you're in a hurry. The food is pleasantly affordable and quickly made by there prep staff. I come here for breakfast in the mornings when I'm in Whittier.

Amazon Go is a game-changer in the world of shopping! I love the seamless and convenient experience it offers. No more waiting in long checkout lines. The 'grab and go' concept is fantastic, and the technology behind it is impressive. The store is well-organized, and it's easy to find what I need. Come and visit Amazon go!!!

My experience has been touch and go. I'm trying to be as transparent as possible with this review.Premade food items vary from acceptable to stale. Generally speaking, sushi isn't really great past 1PM as they only get a single delivery early (7am?)in the morning. They recently added "new sushi items" but its mostly the same thing as before but with excessive sauces to keep the rice moist for longer. They cater to the needs of the demographic "Above the Boulevard". I assume this likely why there's such an emphasis on IPAs. I asked if certain beverages could be stocked and was told they aren't catering to that neighborhood demographic, but more Friendly Hills. Prices have been elevated above the cost of the other local Amazon stores. The sandwiches are decent and a good value.Refunds are easy using the automated system on the Amazon app. You don't need to chat with customer service.Reduced hours tell me they aren't doing so great on the profit front. I wonder if it will survive.
