I walked in on a Sunday afternoon. I was the only customer. The server was in the back on the phone and never acknowledged me. After at LEAST a 7 minute wait, l finally got her attention. She continued her conversation as if l didn't exist. No "Hi, l'll be right with you", but she continued the phone conversation. When l finally asked if she was going to serve me, she said, "This guy is first", referring to the caller. I told her l didn't feel welcome at the store, did not appreciate the poor treatment, and walked out. I don't see how l can return to that store which is right down the street from my offices. You only get one chance to make a first impression.

Wow over three years of horrible reviews ? I can so relate to many of them.
I go there on weekends & some weekdays since me & my partner work Ubereats in whittier on the weekend & basking robbins is the place to go for a scoop of ice cream or cappuccino drinks. Most of the employees don't like their job & I see what someone people on the reviews are talking about as I witnessed a moody unfriendly & unwelcoming atmosphere. The very last time I was there I witnessed a customer & workers conversation and the customer was shocked and upset with service.. I heard everything but it's alot to go in with details but she stormed out shaking her head & ofcourse the worker just simply didn't care. The reason I keep going to this baskin robbins is because by the time me and my partner are done with uber he likes to stop and get the YumYum sandwiches ? and we're addicted to baskin robbin ice cream and it's right next door.. it'll be silly to drive far out to another BR but I really h@te this place.. also bought a pre-made ice cream with the stick and there was a piece of chicken in it thats so disgusting &the worker said they order them so pre-made ice creams are not made there but ordered so idk ?

I never leave reviews, but time and time again this place of workers seem to disappoint me. Today my wife ordered Uber eats and called to accommodate the Mocha blast into a jamoca blast. My wife had it on speaker and Liz who answered and said she is the manager was loud and rude to my wife.. in her deep loud voice she said she doesn't know who told us we can do that, but it's not allowed.. I understand if it's not allowed but it's unprofessional and disrespectful to speak to my wife like that.. this is the last time we'll give our business to this location.. we've order here for several years and it was always a hit or miss depending on the workers, but lately it's gone to crap, poor customer service. We have given our business to the other location on Whittier bld and today we made the mistake ordering from this location giving them another try.. the owner needs to step up and train those young women.. the reviews say it all! 3 star ? more like zero.

Disappointed. Server's long hair in a ponytail without a hairnet. She kept playing with her ponytail & pulling on the ends to check if any loose hairs were on her fingers. Not once washing her hands or wearing gloves, she wiped them on a nearby towel and proceeded with our order. Her name tag read "Shift Leader".I kept a watchful eye on her & her hair while she scooped the ice cream. Husband EXTREMELY dissatisfied with his order, as am I. We ended up throwing away 1/2 of our order. Thank goodness we had no hair in our order but are DEFINITELY not going back there ever again!

Just now I was the only person in the store looking at cakes the 2 women working there were mopping the floor and talking to each other, they never greeted me or said anything to me so I stood there patiently waiting for one of them to come over and help me buy the cake I wanted. Then another family walks in the door they immediately turn around and start helping them. Never even said hello can I help you until I turned to leave then one says oh did you need anything? Needless to say I'm taking my money elsewhere.

When we came in little over 9PM There were two women employees, one was mopping the floor and one was behind the cashier. The mopping woman almost mopped our shoes because when we walked into the store she never stopped mopping the floor right in front of us and when we were ordering with the other woman, she miss understood our order and she never said sorry or anything she even stared at us with an extremely rude and annoyed look and she spoke extremely rude to us also. I really don’t understand how and why they can be so rude to customers and how they were hired for a servicing job In my eyes. The ice cream was good but their nasty attitude ruined everything. They were the most impolite people I've ever met. I’m never going to this baskin robbins again.
