The attendant was rude!!!

Disappointed. Server's long hair in a ponytail without a hairnet. She kept playing with her ponytail & pulling on the ends to check if any loose hairs were on her fingers. Not once washing her hands or wearing gloves, she wiped them on a nearby towel and proceeded with our order. Her name tag read "Shift Leader".I kept a watchful eye on her & her hair while she scooped the ice cream. Husband EXTREMELY dissatisfied with his order, as am I. We ended up throwing away 1/2 of our order. Thank goodness we had no hair in our order but are DEFINITELY not going back there ever again!

Been coming here for a while now, but today I had a bad experience. I get there and this girl with her tag named GENESIS seemed like she was in a rush, and with an attitude. it seems like she charged me extra for whip cream that already comes with the shake. I get it its friday you don't want to be there. Seems like she was in a rush to be somewhere else since she had a face full of makeup, thought it was ice cream. Also I hope she washes her nails right, they were longer than some of her fingers. Me and my wife come to baskin robbins all the time and never been charged extra for whip cream lmao. I went in here about 2 weeks ago and the girl at the counter had terrible customer service ethic. Let me say, I have a 3 year old and he was so amped up being in there and he's 3 so he was opening and closing the doors to the cakes and laughing looking at them. We made him stop and when we got to the register, the girl told us in a snarky tone to please not touch those door but by then we were all staring at her like ok? We aren't anymore and made sure he's not doing it. She seemed a little embarrassed because it got to an awkward silence. I did also that night leave my diabetes glucose monitor on their table right by those freezers. We left just as they were about to close. So I called and said hey, I left my blood sugar monitor there and I described what it looked like. The girl told me to call back in 5-10 mins, which I did. She then said nope, we haven't seen it and no one has turned it in but I said, how can this be when you closed as soon as I left and it was sitting on a table? I assume they threw it away thinking it was a toy. Not very happy with our experience.

I will never return to this Baskin Robbins again. The owner should hire people who care about their job and understand the importance of customer service. I walk in and there are two female employees. One comes to the front and just stares at us. We ask her for a Cappuccino Blast and without saying a word she opens the freezer and I think she is making our drink but I'm not sure because she doesn't say a word to us. My daughters were also going to order but I hold off because of how we are being treated. I paid for the drink and she begins talking to the other employee so I know she can talk. I then decide to order my daughters' ice cream and once again begin to tell her the order, once again she just gets the ice cream without saying a word. My daughter even said a joke to try to make her laugh and nothing. She had a long face and you could tell she didn't want to be there. I call the other employee over and ask her if the manager is available and she told me that I was speaking to the manager. I then ask her, "You are the manager? Then you are allowing her to treat customers that way in front of you. Aren't you looking at the way she is treating us?" She said she had noticed it and was planning on speaking to her as soon as we walked out. She told me she knew it was wrong that she was not speaking to us at all. I was shocked how a manager wouldn't take over and attempt to correct the situation and model how a customer should be treated. This is not the only ice cream place in town. I would rather drive a couple of miles and be treated nicely than come here.

Purchased the quart sized hand packed for $10.99 and this is what it looks like. What the heck? It's missing scoops. It was loosely packed. Come on now.

The worst!!!! My sister and I came in here looking to purchase a cake. We both had not been to a Baskin-Robbins in a loooooong time! Upon entering there was no one in the front of the store. After a few minutes, a girl by the name of ELIZABETH came out and simply asked if we were ready!? We told her no that we needed a few minutes since we were still looking at the cakes. After a few MORE minutes another girl came out and asked us the same question I told her I had a few questions. The girl by the name of BRANDY was super rude and disrespectful! Just answered one of our questions and then turned around and walked straight to the back of the store again!! Horrible experience ever we almost didn't buy anything this will be the last time that we do for sure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are rude as hell. Just now I was the only person in the store looking at cakes the 2 women working there were mopping the floor and talking to each other, they never greeted me or said anything to me so I stood there patiently waiting for one of them to come over and help me buy the cake I wanted. Then another family walks in the door they immediately turn around and start helping them. Never even said hello can I help you until I turned to leave then one says oh did you need anything? Needless to say I'm taking my money elsewhere.

Ordered a cake online for my daughter’s birthday and the order was never processed. Arrived to pick up cake and there was No Cake! This place is the worst and so unprofessional. Thanks for ruining my daughter’s birthday!! You deserve No stars!

I made an order for a birthday cake online thinking that would be for same day pickup. As I received a confirmation email couldn't help but notice if was for next day pick up. Called the store and a very friendly girl answered and after I give her my long short story she ask to go in and they'll be able to help. Long story short lol they did and I thank her so much for not making this complicated or giving me a hard time for not paying attention when ordering online (lol). Birthday cake was delicious & just the right amount of sweetness for the birthday person that is not a big fan of cake.

When we came in little over 9PM There were two women employees, one was mopping the floor and one was behind the cashier. The mopping woman almost mopped our shoes because when we walked into the store she never stopped mopping the floor right in front of us and when we were ordering with the other woman, she miss understood our order and she never said sorry or anything she even stared at us with an extremely rude and annoyed look and she spoke extremely rude to us also. I really don’t understand how and why they can be so rude to customers and how they were hired for a servicing job In my eyes. The ice cream was good but their nasty attitude ruined everything. They were the most impolite people I've ever met. I’m never going to this baskin robbins again.

The young lady was all by herself. Their was about 4 or 5 customers and she was great taking care of everyone very competently. Great job!!!
