Bibs Ribs is a hidden gem and a family-owned barbecue spot in the city of Whittier. The food is amazing, outstanding, and delicious, with many calling it the best BBQ in town. The beef ribs are meaty and the best ribs in town, the tri-tip is tender and amazing, and the brisket melts in your mouth. Portions are huge and the 3-meal deal is a great deal.
The sides are much tastier than average and are real standouts. The mac & cheese is creamy and good, the smoked beans are good, and the potato salad is your traditional barbecue potato salad. The coleslaw and even the bread are also good.
The service is amazing, very nice, and patient. The owner is a very cool, friendly, and lovely person with great passion, who is awesome to chat with. It is a highly recommended spot not to miss out on, and customers definitely plan on coming back.
