I would rate 2 and a half stars! Portion size is okay but kind of skimpy on the baby back ribs but like I said it’s ok! The main reason for my score is you can tell that the smoke is dirty and overpowering the flavor of the meat. Yes you need smoke but too much is bad! I really wanted to like this place because there is not many bbq places around Whittier! Not saying I wouldn’t try it again but I would definitely try other options first before a second try. First of all, the meats are great. I really enjoy places where the music is in the background and you can have a normal volume conversation. This is one of those places. The prices are great too.
BIBS BQ provides the food for our niece Anna Rosales Celebration of Life, At The San Dimas Canyon Park in San Dina’s, California. The food were delicious and everyone enjoyed their Brisket and Pork Ribs.
