Not sure what happened to this place but when I arrived I couldn’t be seated until I ordered. They had the entrance blocked off. I felt rushed and I had my family with me and we stood there trying to figure out their menu. That’s a terrible way to welcome your customers. To top it off when we finally decided what we wanted the card reader wasn’t working. Then they asked me if I could pay them on a personal phone. I had to cancel and respectfully left. Disappointing, hope they figure things out there, it used to be a good place.

Great ambiance if you're interested in a delicious meal as it is mentioned in this restaurant's name. Service was a plus, service with a smile is the best way to describe our experience here. The quality of ingredients used to prepare our meals were top notch. We all understand we all have differences in our opinions of what makes a good meal up to a great meal for the prices these days. As a group we all decided this place is a must to try. And if you are a carnivore who values his or her appreciation of a good old hamburger with a new twist please consider a taste.

If you're looking for a restaurant with exceptional service and delicious food, look no further than this place. The manager and wait staff went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable. The burgers are huge and grilled to perfection, and the shakes are a must-try. We particularly enjoyed the Outlaw Burger, which is their take on the classic western burger. The bacon-wrapped onion rings were also a tasty treat. However, be warned that the portions are so generous that you might want to arrive with an emptier stomach or plan on taking leftovers home for dinner. The only downside is that the restaurant is quite small, so you may have to wait for a table during peak hours, especially on weekends. Despite this, our bill at the end of the meal was $94, which we felt was reasonable for the quality and quantity of food we received.

I wish I can give this food and customer service a non-star SMH, alot of things was off at this establishment... the Rep rush you to order like if you already know what you want, first time there and I was rushed to order which I didn't like.. like why you rushing and it's not that many ppl dining-In... the hype online is a real lie, "food has lil to no flavor at all". Chili cheese fries was hard and chili was watered-down with no flavor.. all the money that was spent the milk shake was the best which cost the least. Took a whole hour for this and wasn't expecting the unexpected SMH 0-10=0 wouldn't recommend...

Food was great, massive portions and a rather fun atmosphere for a small shop. My complaint only was that it seemed as though there was only 1 employee there the whole time so.....seating people, taking orders, possibly cooking, serving and cleaning all done by this one woman. We, as a group of 4, had to wait over an hour to be seated because tables sat dirty for long periods of time while she was running around. I am not knocking her for her hard work by any means it just a warning to anyone going, dont go if you're in a hurry. The place would benefit from an extra employee or 2 during a shift

First time coming to this place just left there a few minutes ago. Purchased a Caesar salad with chicken good size nothing to complain about. However, I ordered a onion ring wrapped in bacon. I asked the cost and the gal said it was four dollars. Here’s what I got. Don’t get me wrong but four dollars is not a lot of money but it is a lot of money for this size piece of an onion wrapped in bacon that I understand that bacon is expensive but not too expensive to satisfy your customer with an appetizing or appealing piece of wrapped onion in bacon, four dollars for this is just too much definitely will not be going back such a big turn off and yes you are blocked by ropes as you enter in for those that are posted earlier in the their comments

She then locked the door and turned off the lights when we said ok well it's cold out here and we don't have anywhere to eat. Ridiculous!!!! As you can see in the picture it's 5 pm and she turned off every light now.

Went there a day ago...the lady at the front register in her late 20s was extremely rude and disrespectful.... super bad service!!! ....Went to sit down and order and she was demanding and dind want to answer questions regarding food. horrible! Demanded that we get out of our seat ant order at a register. I expressed the reason why I got out of my seat and was walking out......and she told me not to come back!! Wow Super bad attitude...worst experience I have had ever hands down.

Awful!!! I called in a to go order. Ordered the patty melt with lettuce tomatoes and red onion and The classic burger a large fry and a side of chilly. i asked what the total was and it came out to $39.78. Against my best judgement I decided to order it anyway thinking WOW those must be some great burgers! My boyfriend picked up the order and brought it home. The burgers were crammed onto a small paper plate with the fries on top of the burgers and foil on it! And they didn't give us the side of Chilly. Needless to say the fries were soggy the patty melt was burnt and the lettuce and tomato were completely wilted and they were awful!! My boyfriend asked them for a receipt and they said they didn't give receipts they would email it to us! I tried calling them to let them know they forgot the chilly and that I wanted to return the food and get my money back. Called 7 times no one answered I kept getting a msg that the mail box was full! I will Never!Ever! order from there again! Most expensive worst food ever! We should have stuck with In and Out . its consistently good and half the price!
