Black Angus Steakhouse

We had been to Black Angus in a long time. Probably won't go back. Service and restaurant were fine. Food marginal for the price. The Prime Rib was NOT good! It was very tough, had to saw thru it to cut it, too thick! The filet was just okay. Sides were good. But the prime rib was enough to not have us return.

Black angus never disappoints. The food was great. We ordered the campfire feast which was plenty for the two of us. Our server Jessica was very attentive and polite. Overall 10/10

I put our dinner was to celebrate my birthday and they didn't, the waitress never came around to ask if we needed any more bread or if we wanted more tea not till the end when we were already leaving, they bring our appetizers all with our food. My husband steak was overcooked. He took it back so they could fix it and make him a new one and by the time he got his food, I was already done with mine. It was not a good experience at all.

Nice restaurant with quality food. Service was good even though very busy. I feel that they overbooked for holiday night. Our reservation was at 8 but not seated until 9

I always enjoy coming to Black Angus. The food and drinks are always great. I had made reservations for 6pm and we didn't get seated till 6:50pm. There was a lot of people waiting and speaking to some of them they also had reservations for 6pm. I think Black Angus needs to limit their reservations and don't over book, so everyone can enjoy their meals and drinks.

Disappointed. Not enough staff, service was slow and they didn't get my order correctly. I can see why this restaurant was crowded like before. Black tea tasted like color water. Food at time took a long time to come out. Almost two hours to eat here because we waited for refill drink and food. Spend over 250.00 and I feel it wasn't worth the customer experience. We only go to this location - Food portions worth the money and Service with Richard OMG amazing on top of things always. His suggestions to additional items has not failed always a great turn out.

I love going for the side salad. I've yet to get a steak that I would rate 3+ It is either over cooked or lacking flavor!

We came for the experience event they throw every 3 months. The food is always excellent and yhe cost is always a big saver. I highly recommend it.

Perfect place to have dinner with the family or friends. Food is exceptionally delicious. Great place to go have a beer or cocktail and watch a game by the bar.

It's nice and quiet. Family friendly kids friendly music was bearable:) Birthday for my husband was great. Loved the steak 🥩 medium well. Soft and juicy.

Service was spotty at best. Server was never around for refills. After the food was dropped off, we needed a couple things, but by the time we got help the food was cold. It wasn't busy, and it was prime time for dinner, so I can only assume she was in the back by the drink machine joking around with her coworkers all night like I had observed. If you are ok with bad service and cold food, give this place a shot. Sad to see a staple like Black Angus taking a dive like this. Sadly, I won't be surprised when they close down.

The dining experience was exceptional! The dinner for two is a great deal. The sirloin steaks were scrumptious as well as the sides.
