Black Angus Steakhouse

The wait wasn't long whenever I make reservations thru Open Table. Black Angus never disappoints. Good food. Although the wait time was a bit longer than usual but it was a busy Saturday night.

I usually give 4-5 stars but this time our experience wasn't good. Our food was just warm and bread had mold and waitress didn't offer to bring a new one. Plus she took too long to come by and check up on us.

All of the food is wonderful and such great prices! Rebekah our server went above and beyond for us and she's wonderful. I go often to the Black Angus in Whittier and it never disappoints! Great food and service!!

Today, my family and I received the best service ever! I eat at BA several times a year and today was the best service ever from our amazing server. She was great and provided excellent service. Celebrated my moms 80th birthday ? and happy BA was available to have her birthday dinner there in Whittier. Happy day.

last night was one of the best meals I ever had anywhere hands down. I ordered the usual filet mignon, loaded potato with Cesar salad. The food was on point and the service was impeccable even the bread was hot and crisp. I could not ask for any better food or service and that is why we keep going back to Black Angus of Whittier and if you are looking for great food and service this is the place.

This review is to give a MAJOR shout out for the EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE we received at Whittier Black Angus on 09/21/24 — Cheers to our server JAMIE M!!! Jamie is an absolute gift of a server. She is fast & efficient & cheerful! She had a smile on her face from start to finish. Jamie does her job with care & concern to get everything done just right! If there is a bonus or award for perfection in the Black Angus system then JAMIE M should get it — Black Angus is fortunate to claim JAMIE M as their own & we were blessed to have her as our server!

Food was great. Prime rib always fire. But this time I had service from a guy named Richard, went over and beyond to provide quality service, his customer service would definitely bring me back more often. Ask for him when you go and you will be glad you did. 5 stars for that guy.

Service could be better. Service was behind due to a large party not a. issue but while we waited we had to ask for bread it wasn't offered. we ordered a sampler appetizer that had a a combo of hot food and a cold shrimp cocktail and 2 cold dipping sauces that sat under a warmer for so long it cooked the shrimp and warmed the sauces. We had to ask the manager to bring us fresh sauces as our sever was chatting with a friend seated in their section. The service and quality has been declining in recent months and we are frequent diners at this location. Total bummer :(

Went to the burbon experience . It was amazing. The waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable. The manager and the staff are all very friendly and personable. Its so nice to have the manager acknowledge his staff for there sercice and contribution menu. Ama?ing food and experience.

Always YummY! ? We always go for BDs, Anniversaries, & special occasions. Sometimes, we go just because we are in the mood! It's really good! The manager is always there & asks if everything was ok. I've rarely seen that at any other restaurant!

Excellent food! Excellent service! We always feel welcome here and comfortable. The management and the staff are very friendly and always ready to help. The food is always delicious and comes out perfect. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful evening Black Angus Whittier!
