Had a bad experience with the host who has a nose ring. Was quoted a 20-30 min wait even though the restaurant was virtually empty due to a number of reservations. We sat to the side and I found a reservation for 15 minutes from now. She proceeded to tell us that wasn't accurate. No apology, no nothing. Not even a smile. We left feeling appalled and walked across the way to Red Robin.

I'd rather not blast this server's name but today was definitely an off day for this girl. Came in around 5:45 today for dinner, surprisingly it wasn't packed like we thought it would be. Got sat quickly... no complimentary bread after we put our order in no biggie whatever we ordered the cheesy bread to begin with anyways. 20 minutes goes by my husband has no refill and no cheesy bread in sight. 15 more minutes go by we finally flag our server girl for a refill. She then comes back with our food... no cheesy bread still. So I make a comment "we never got our appetizer" She goes "let me get that for you" she comes back with the rest of our food and the complimentary brown bread they usually serve. My husband and I are like what??? So again I say "no no we ordered the cheesy bread" she goes "let me go check on that for you". She comes back "so the cheesy bread is a little backed up right now anything else I can grab for you?" We say no cause there wasn't. It was obvious she probably forget to put the bread in and that's why I always hesitate to order appetizers and our actual meal at the same time maybe she got overwhelmed with the order who knows. Anyways the food was amazing everything came out hot and fresh thankfully. The service just needs a clean up. She needed to do better with checking up on us letting us know food will be out shortly or they're running behind etc. I still tipped nice cause I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt of an off day.

We came on a Saturday early afternoon. There was not a lot of customers. We waited for our food for a long time almost more than 30 minutes the waitress did not bring us any bread and we were just starving. We ordered two prime rib and I cob salad. The cob salad was $16.99. It wasn't a big plate. I felt ripped off. We kept on asking the waitress to bring ice water as the waitress was not attentive.
Food was fairly good, but our service left a lot to be desired.

We decided to come here for Sunday dinner and were greeted by a warm and welcoming hostess that informed us we'd have a short wait. When our table was ready we were escorted to our seats where our waiter took our drink order. After looking over the menu we placed our food order, I had the Grilled Salmon with a Caesar Salad and Grilled Asparagus. The Salmon was grilled to perfection and bursting with flavors, very good. The salad was delicious and fresh and so was the Asparagus! The restaurant was bustling, lively, and well maintained. Our server was attentive and took 1/2 off one of the meals with the BOGO deal. I really enjoyed our dinning experience and will definitely be back!

Black Angus is great for what it is . Cheap pricing but excellent tasting food. This chain has it together with the food and the apps to earn points and advertise their deals . I stay away more now that the bogo has ended. But hope to see it again.
