They tried charging me 25 cents per packet of ketchup.. I went right next door to DelTaco and got three for free. Never heard of them ever charging for ketchup before I understand any extra sauces but not ketchup. I wanted one for my western bacon cheeseburger.

food is good but i always ALWAYS order plain burgers literally just meat & cheese and they can never read their screens ?? always get my food with everything even then they repeat the order but always mess up even by mobile orders?? and then i can’t even call cause y’all disconnect uur phone?

It was unfortunate that after asking questions about a specific burger and paying for it, they were trying to hand me a different burger, I didn't want that burger so I told them I didn't order that I ordered a different burger, so I was forced to wait more. I spent more time waiting for the fast food vs eating it. I spent 27 minutes just to get my order right, that sucks.
