food is good but i always ALWAYS order plain burgers literally just meat & cheese and they can never read their screens ?? always get my food with everything even then they repeat the order but always mess up even by mobile orders?? and then i can’t even call cause y’all disconnect uur phone?

It was unfortunate that after asking questions about a specific burger and paying for it, they were trying to hand me a different burger, I didn't want that burger so I told them I didn't order that I ordered a different burger, so I was forced to wait more. I spent more time waiting for the fast food vs eating it. I spent 27 minutes just to get my order right, that sucks.

Yesterday I stop by this location, used the drive through,there was a young man it was around 7 pm, his customer service was spectacular forgot his name but this young man is going places.
Went there around 10:50pm because the cafeteria at the hospital was closed. These Biden lovers want over $15 for a famous star combo. I just paid the $5 parking fee and drove to In-N-Out way better quality and cheaper prices. In N Out had been paying their employees over $20/hr and still managed to have low prices. Spend your money in the right places.

Watch out for the Indian guy who works drive thru, didnt catch his name but I tried to ask an innocent question about the big Carl buy one get 1 for $1 & man this guy went overboard, asking me "where did you see that ma'am!?" And even going as far to embarrassing me at the drive thru asking all of his co workers my question putting me on blast, So after he kept giving me attitude I had to stop n ask him "are you arguing with me?" Only because I was confused why the aggression but his tone changed and he said no he was just trying to understand so I'm not sure what was really going on with this guy but, just don't ask him any promo questions lol the vibe was so negative and heavy lol that was wierd. This carls jr may need a meeting about the promos though because he tried to make the customer look and feel bad for asking like I was lying or making it all up. At least it's how he made it seem and made me feel. Instantly regretted ever asking.

We came about 10pm on a Saturday night and our food was fine, normal Carl's Jr. level of food, but our server/cashier in the drive thru, his name was Matthew. He was amazing!!! Patient, knowledgeable, understand. He went above and beyond. He would get 10 stars if it were up to me!!
