The burgers they serve at this location are soggy, with wilted lettuce and are barely warm. Their food is pre-prepared and has been sitting on a warming rack for 10 minutes waiting for someone to order it. They don’t honor the sale prices they advertising on their huge window banners and the staff is very rude.
Customer service was horrible. I had to wait almost 20 mins just to get my food. And I am the only person here. The cashier forgot to get my order but was very rude and gave attitude. I understand they had a long day. But this is unprofessional.
