Sat in drive thru for 20mins, without movement before car at speaker put in order. Saw 3 cars come and back of drive thru due to wait. Finally back out, went inside and still took 15 mins to ask for my order. Over heard person tell cashier to give me the order that was there, which was my app oder I was suppose to pick up at drive thru. Was suppose to get order at 6:28pm and did not get food until about 7:15pm.
