I first had Cava in Maryland then when I was in Oklahoma and now I'm in California. Food is awesome. One of the best food franchise for sure.

The only complaint I have is that the Lentils are a hit or miss. One day it's nice and soft then other times they're hard and undercooked. then it just ruins the whole meal. 😢

I have mixed feelings about this Mediterranean fusion spot. The concept is exciting—combining fast food speed with fresh, customizable bowls—but the execution is inconsistent. Some flavors hit perfectly, while others feel rushed or under-seasoned. Watching the process and seeing the bowls come together is fun, and when everything aligns, it’s really satisfying. The idea is strong, but there’s room for improvement before it fully reaches its potential.

I visited Cava for the first time and had one of the best customer service experiences ever. Esmeralda prepared my bowl with such friendliness and care, guiding me through each step of the process. She explained the most popular items, recommended her favorites, and even let me sample some of the proteins.

I originally planned to stop next door, but I’m so glad I chose Cava instead. The food was absolutely delicious, and Esmeralda’s outstanding service made...
