What terrible service from this place. I live practically around the corner and prefer to drive a mile to avoid the bad vibes of the lady serving. There is no easier way to ruin a food business than rude people serving. Nobody wants that kind of attitude when it comes to food.

I bought their pan de muerto; one with sugar and the other one in the box with some brown crumbs that the lady said it has been purchased a lot. The bread was horribly dry, would not come back here again. This is nothing close to the original Chapala bakery in Montebello(which their bread is delicious, but location is horrible, wish they relocated to a better place).

I have been buying bolillos at the bakery for some time now, which I don't like the way an employee delivers, I don't know her name, she is a tough lady and the other day I heard another lady complaining about her, what an ugly way of serving customers.

Came in early morning to get some bread which they were open already but were still barely setting up and I ask the lady for a tray and responding asking what? But with an attitude… felt very uncomfortable. Didn’t feel welcoming here.

The person who serves does not greet, he has a very bad attitude, you ask him something and he answers very despotically, he has a very bad attitude, the bread is delicious but the tamales have no flavor, I will not return to that place.

I had a very bad experience on two occasions with one of the employees. I bought bread and coffee and the coffee was already very cold and I asked her if she could make me new coffee and she totally refused since it was 6 in the afternoon and the business was They close at 9 at night, she said she wouldn't make new coffee because it was the owner's instructions, so as not to argue, I brought the cold coffee, for the second time she did the same thing to me and claimed that she was only doing what her boss told her. boss this time I left very upset without coffee and without bread, my point of this review is not to make a problem but so that the employees receive training on how to treat a client who left work tired and needed coffee and bread To sweeten things a little, please don't let this happen again with another person, it's very unpleasant,......

Lately the bread is no longer good. They don't have much variety and sometimes the display cases are alone. One of the ladies I think is the owner is a little rude. It's a shame because before the bread was delicious.

There bread is the best. Employees are rude. They don't allow any phone orders. You need something in quantity! U need to go in person order and pay. Why not order over the phone in advance and pay. No u need to go twice to order in advance in person. Then pick up. And who ever ordered? Needs to pick up as well.

People there are awesome, great customer service. Their tamales are so good and pan dulce so yummy, my favorites are conchitas I always get them with a cup of café de olla

Parking: There's plenty of street parking, also if you drive to the back of that building you'll find a parking lot wich is always empty
