Went here last night for dinner since I'm on keto and I can't eat much. I got a salad basically with carnitas and barbacoa, cheese, and sour cream, romaine lettuce. When I got home, I took a bite of my food and it tastes rancid, like it was covered in mold. I spit that out to see the most nauseating piece of meat I've ever seen. I thought it was a bad piece and went to mix my food to eat more when I saw there was a BUG IN MY LETTUCE!!! I picked thru the rest and all I found were more fleshy smelly pieces of meat but after the bug I couldn't eat it anyway. I was very disappointed since I love chipotle, but with my anxiety I don't think I can eat it after this.

Parking: If you go around lunch time parking is a little tough close to the restaurant because of all the other business there but it is a big parking lot

Workers here move slow compared to other chipotles they also made a line of customers wait while they made more chicken and steak it was a unreasonable amount of time and a huge inconvenience on top off that the employees are in no rush to help

I have been coming here for a while now and on occasion, they miss something in my order or forget my chips. This i can forgive, we are all human and make mistakes. But tonight, Giovanni, the manager almost killed me. I am allergic to Bell peppers, and that's what he put in my bowl. When I brought this to his attention, all he could say was "oh, sorry". Didn't offer to rectify it, didn't offer to make me another bowl, just "oh, sorry". This is unacceptable for this store, let alone the manager, to be so blase and cavalier about almost killing someone. They need to do better.

Everytime we come back to this location it gets worse. Everyone working there seems to hate their job, not friendly at all, the meat is overcooked & dry, and they are always out of something. The employees ignored us for almost 5 minutes before they finally asked what we wanted. If you hate your job that much-quit!

I don’t know what’s going on with this location. But food quality has gone downhill. Ordered a bowl something was over salted as if they probably accidentally spilled a bag of salt. The steak was trash. Had to throw the food away. Definitely will not be coming back to this location anymore.

I typically get a bowl then add my favorite ingredients. I rarely get a burrito nowadays after ordering them from Chipotle for over a decade. This location is the most convenient for me and the food is good since I can customize my order to the way I like it, especially asking for a double serving of the "corn thing." The staff/service is a hit or miss at times. Some are friendly, some are not. I like being able to place a mobile order got pickup.
