Personally I find Chipotle grill to be higher priced than similar Mexican fast food the taste of the food is good but the price for 2 of us and one soda came to over 30 dollars

What I notice about this location they have a side door where people can go in to get free drinks, no workers watching. The restrooms have code to get in. See lot of homeless hanging out on the side. There are other fast food places with a side door and have a fountain drink machine.

Normally don’t get any trouble at any chipotles with my order but I guess here they don’t like doing the simplest things management especially with the portion.probably going be last time I come here I even tip every time I come but after today going have to go to a new one didn’t even wanna double wrap correctly.

Went here last night for dinner since I'm on keto and I can't eat much. I got a salad basically with carnitas and barbacoa, cheese, and sour cream, romaine lettuce. When I got home, I took a bite of my food and it tastes rancid, like it was covered in mold. I spit that out to see the most nauseating piece of meat I've ever seen. I thought it was a bad piece and went to mix my food to eat more when I saw there was a BUG IN MY LETTUCE!!! I picked thru the rest and all I found were more fleshy smelly pieces of meat but after the bug I couldn't eat it anyway. I was very disappointed since I love chipotle, but with my anxiety I don't think I can eat it after this.
Very friendly staff and the steak burrito i got was very good
Parking: If you go around lunch time parking is a little tough close to the restaurant because of all the other business there but it is a big parking lot

Workers here move slow compared to other chipotles they also made a line of customers wait while they made more chicken and steak it was a unreasonable amount of time and a huge inconvenience on top off that the employees are in no rush to help

I have been coming here for a while now and on occasion, they miss something in my order or forget my chips. This i can forgive, we are all human and make mistakes. But tonight, Giovanni, the manager almost killed me. I am allergic to Bell peppers, and that's what he put in my bowl. When I brought this to his attention, all he could say was "oh, sorry". Didn't offer to rectify it, didn't offer to make me another bowl, just "oh, sorry". This is unacceptable for this store, let alone the manager, to be so blase and cavalier about almost killing someone. They need to do better.
