Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered a kids meal and to start my portion weren’t there. They were very small and weren’t even half of what they were supposed to be. I ordered the quesadilla with steak and it was not cooked all the way I had to send it back then I waited about five-ish minutes if not more for someone to come to the cash register to check us out. I stood there and watch them talk and laugh and mess around instead of ringing up their customers and taking care of their customers I then found a hair in my meal so I went back to get another meal. I should not have done that. I should’ve learned from the first one. I had to send my quesadilla back again because again it was not cooked. It was very much a mess in the workers clearly do not know how to take care of their customers or treat customers. They just want to have fun. I understand having fun and talking with your coworkers but is it it is another thing to do that versus prioritizing your customers and actually doing your job. This chipotle was very much a mess.

To start out, let me say thank you to the Alex Who even though was working alone did so with a great attitude and was extremely helpful.

a part of my issue was on myself. I should’ve double checked the address because I forget it stays on the last location you were at not where you’re currently at. That parts on me. However, I’m not sure why chipotle converted to the AI system and third-party phone answering services.

When I worked there, we had to answer the phone. It’s extremely irritating after ordering to the wrong location instead of being able to call the store and speak to a human being that’s actually in the building- you get to call a robot and then a third-party system in India THEN you can talk to an employee in the store.

When logically I could’ve just called the store & told them to cancel the order that way I get my money back and they don’t waste food.

I was just going to assume the loss and told the employees to eat it on their lunch break or give it to a customer-since the location, I ordered to was 30 minutes away.

Eventually I get on the phone with another robot and another third-party system in India THEN they end up refunding me the money, which is great however, most of these issues could’ve been resolved by talking with human beings.

Also when I worked there, you had to have one person on the line one person expediting and another doing cashier. One person doing everything is insane.-Shout out to Alex for holding it down and being pleasant!

ALSO your prices haven’t changed, but your portion size is absolutely half. If you’re going to downsize on the portion-Downsize on the prices.

Food quality was good today and everything was measured out as it was placed into the bowl. I appreciated that due to this location consistently giving us a little bit of meat. I would have given this place the full 5 stars but when I bought the taco shells they only gave me two instead of the three, I didn’t realize this until I got home. Overall good experience and good service today.

Is this a joke? To the limp wristed soy boy that made my burrito, do the ingredients come out of your paycheck?? This burrito is the size of a soda can. Insane.

I stopped by to pick up dinner for my family yesterday .. some tacos, a bowl, a salad, and 2 sides of chicken. The rice was UNBELIEVABLY salty. The tacos were barely edible and I had to throw the entire bowl away. I have never experienced something like this from any Chipotle. I had multiple people try the rice and everyone spit it out. It was so lame having to throw food away that I paid for. Service was fine but I need a refund or something it’s just unacceptable.

Standard Chipotle burrito. Good value with the classic flavor. The air conditioner should be turned down making take out the preferred option.

I am so over this location, they are so stingy with the food and it’s not like we’re not paying good money for this stuff. This is by far the worst location I have ever been to. Happened to me the first time I figured I’d give them another try maybe it was just an off day but nope, the same thing. They were pretty much out of the brisket and it equal to about a half a scoop when I asked for another another they charge me double so ridiculous for the bowl and chips. It cost me $25 which I don’t mind if they give out appropriate portions. As you can see, I’m not the only one complaining

What an abysmal chipotle. I got here 40 minutes before the place was supposed to close and they were already pretty much packed up and wouldn’t make more steak or chicken. The woman behind the register, literally shoved my bag at me like I had done something wrong. Just rude behavior poor customer service and terrible food. I don’t think I’d ever come back to this place. What a waste of $24.

I uually don't leave any reviews, I came in with my friend and we got steak bowls, they gave him basically nothing, never been to a location with this bad of portions. I paid for chicken as well and they were very stingy. Would never come here again, the worst chipotle location I've been to.
