Iwas disappointed with my visit. The rice and meat were raw & undercooked, and the food arrived cold. Additionally, the cleanliness of the store could use some improvement. Hopefully these issues can be addressed.

TIPS SHOULD BE ASKED FOR THRU THE APP AFTER SERVICE IS COMPLETED! You dont get the tip refunded when asking for a refund thru customer care. Make sure to check your online order 100% of the time at this location. Even if it holds up the line in the drive thru. Open every container. When ordering online you would expect for the order to be correct. It is read off of a ticket or a screen. And you would think anyone who works there knows what is supposed to be on a Veggie bowl. Guac!!! Also it really sucks to get your order with the bowl filled barely filled to half. It's happened before, wanted to give them another try since they are close. Not anymore!

This restaurant sucks I asked for a chicken bowl and they didn’t put the chicken , I ordered 3 bowls and they were empty i tried to reach the restaurant and they never answered the phone I hope they heard my review it’s not that cheap for the service and food that I got back!!!

The food is good, the service is fare. The only suggestive comment I have is it'd be nice to see more attention to keeping up the soda machine kept tidied up as well as the seating areas, and attention to the restrooms. Other than that you can count on food that will satisfied. The burritos are big and filling.

Food is good but , the portions are very small the staff here are very stingy . You pay 13-20$ for a bowl just to get a few pieces of protein. If you want Great portions make sure you go from 11-4pm it’s like the happy staff comes and works at this time.

Poor service

Every time I come here they are out of something, service sucks, somehow out of chips and rice?? Employees are always rude. Never order from here, just go to Cava right next to it, or any other Chipotle rather than this one.

It is a place that I have always liked, but I wanted my wife to eat other types of food, but unfortunately almost all the food is spicy (we didn't know) and she is allergic. So we were not able to fully enjoy the food.

Kid-friendliness: There are no dishes for children. Also, a lot of the food is spicy.

I was craving a nice bowl, made my way and it was a satisfying lunch.

I just ordered a half beef and half bbq beef, steamed veggie bowl with light sour cream, light corn and guacamole. It was delicious and was a filling meal.

I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items.

The portions given to me were ridiculously small and I was still charged full price. Shaking the bowl to fill the empty spots and pouring on a bunch of condiments to cover up the lack of meat is a very noticeable cop out. It's not cool to film people while they're working, but I don't believe I should've been charged $32 for sour cream and cheese. If the man standing right there in plain clothes was the manager you saw everything occur. Don't think I'll be using this location again.

I guess it's healthy but it's not good. Well... it's not bad either. It's super basic, like if you are a picky eater and you want something non memorable and boring then this is the spot for you!

Chips are great with guacamole and with a carnitas taco even better, carnitas are watery not oily like most places so keep that in mind.. definitely not a Mexican place but California Latin inspired food.

Last time I’m ever going to this location.
The guy who helped me was in a bad mood. I first asked for a burrito, instantly knew I made a mistake I said “sorry I meant burrito bowl” he huffed grabbed the tortilla and put in a ball.
I knew at that moment I should have just walked out but I didn’t.

Then when asking for everything I wanted, he would splat everything onto the bowl and onto the hard shell tacos I ordered. It was like I had to walk on egg shells to not piss him off.

When I got home my side tortilla was another rolled up in ball and my tacos were a mess and soggy.

This is the managers problem. The manager shouldn’t have their employees onto to the floor if their going to give customers attitude. They should be immediately fired. I shouldnt have to walk on egg shells for service that is supposed to be provided to helping customers.

Never going back. This new generation of workers are such jerks and feel so privileged.

With all the heat Chipotle has gotten, this location is still being stingy on portion size. Its a also a bad sign when most of the food trays are empty of items to choose from. I ordered a bowl and the server wanted to cheat me on the portion size, she spread out a few pieces of chicken to make it look like enough was served. When I asked for a little more chicken she proceeded to give me an attitude and put some chicken into a little plastic cup. She then tells me "thats 4 ounces!" Unless this girl doesnt know how math works, 4 ounces of fluid by volume is very different then 4 ounces by weight. I wasnt about to argue with her so I walked out, leaving another bowl that was already made and I just told the girl "you guys can eat it".

Chipotle needs to understand that when you give customers a bad attitude and try to cheat us, you will get the same generosity in return. I now understand why this location has such bad reviews.
