Evening churro street vendor over by the empty Joanne building on Whittier Blvd. Makes them all to order, fresh out of the fryer. Depending on number of orders , it may take a bit. Worth the wait.Order by the bag,10, 20,30, etc. $1 debit fee. $10 for the first bag. About 15 people waiting in line.You can ask for plain or light sugar.Also, can order with toppings served in a paper bowl type holder.Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. Let them cool for about 5 minutes or so, especially for kids. Free coffee. Enjoy.
