They have great fresh bread but unfortunately all the older judgy ladies make it a terrible experience and are rude. I was lucky enough to have a great first time experience with the younger cashier but every time I've return they just get worse.

All though there bread is delicious we experience really bad service from the older lady owner our mini concha's order was perfect but when we tried to order a large quantity of bolillos for our grandma funeral luncheon the owner aggressively told my mother no she's not wasting her time on making 3 dozen bolillos for an order the bread already made a day earlier after going there for years since we been living in this neighborhood for more than 30 years we will not be going back. We have heard stories from bad experiences our neighbors have encountered with the same older lady owner and didn't think much of it until we experienced this incident.

The smell of the bakery is awesome, but I wish their bread actually was. The quality of this bread is def terrible, I can find better bread at la superior. The taste is not the same, the gusanito sugar frosting inside tasted over seasoned and does not taste sweet or authentic. If your looking to be impressed, you won’t find it here. They’ve got a lot of work to do.
