Great snow, their shaved ice...everything is delicious...today I tried the shaved coconut...and it is a delight...with natural coconut...highly recommended.. ??? yum yum and excellent customer service

Their ice cream was delicious and they have so many different flavors! There’s a huge variety of options so you’re bound to find something you like. I got a banana split with Rocky Road, Strawberry Cheesecake and Vanilla. The vanilla reminded me of the vanilla in Mexico lol the ice cream mangonada was good but the cucumbers for the “crazy cucumbers” had a distinct flavor that I wasn’t so fond of. It didn’t taste like your regular cucumber in chamoy. Overall they have very taste treats.

This place closes at 9 pm I was there 7:50 pm order a blended drink the girl said machine is broken. I ask broken or washed clean ? She admitted ,not broken we washed them already.
Normally, I am a HUGE fan of this place. But it only takes one bad experience to change everything. I was there today 4/6/22 at about 5:15. I order two strawberry mango raspados. “Normally” these come with fruit inside, I also added tajin to both. The young lady that took my order informed me it was going to be an extra charge for tajin. No biggie. As I’m watching a trainee and trainer make my second one. I notice there is no tajin about halfway through the process. So I nicely ask them hey can you add tajin to this drink. The gentleman that is training gives me a dirty look and he tells the other girl. It’s going to be on top. So I wait till they finish, and ask again at checkout, is there tajin in there. And the gentleman gets rude with me about it. I refuse to make a scene and I pay for my drinks and leave. But they still charged me for 1 sprinkle of tajin right on top. I know it doesn’t seem like a big deal but the customer service was bare minimum today. So sad.
