La Michocana is an awesome place to gain weight...lol. Just kidding, this place has the best of everything. Their raspados, the corn, and the bionicos are to die for and my favorite. This a cute, small, and family oriented establishment. If I had one complaint (and I do) is that since they make everything fresh they take too long to complete the order. The service is too slow. They only have one person attending, making the order.

This place closes at 9 pm I was there 7:50 pm order a blended drink the girl said machine is broken. I ask broken or washed clean ? She admitted ,not broken we washed them already.

I went in for the first time (4:10ish pm on 8/24) and was floored by the selection. The young lady helping me was very patient while I had hard deciding what to get. Excellent service and ice cream
Normally, I am a HUGE fan of this place. But it only takes one bad experience to change everything. I was there today 4/6/22 at about 5:15. I order two strawberry mango raspados. “Normally” these come with fruit inside, I also added tajin to both. The young lady that took my order informed me it was going to be an extra charge for tajin. No biggie. As I’m watching a trainee and trainer make my second one. I notice there is no tajin about halfway through the process. So I nicely ask them hey can you add tajin to this drink. The gentleman that is training gives me a dirty look and he tells the other girl. It’s going to be on top. So I wait till they finish, and ask again at checkout, is there tajin in there. And the gentleman gets rude with me about it. I refuse to make a scene and I pay for my drinks and leave. But they still charged me for 1 sprinkle of tajin right on top. I know it doesn’t seem like a big deal but the customer service was bare minimum today. So sad.

If you go at the right time and you get the girl, she knows what she is doing best spot for tosti locos and agua frescas (we got half limon and half pepino)

We went in for the first time and the owner insinuated that our money was no good when we had just taken it out of the atm and because my husband asked why was she questioning it and explained we had just gotten it from the atm she refused us service. Well that explains why they have no customers and the front door glass is boarded up. With that type of actions who would want to support that business.
