Tuesday, December 16th Breakfast time 3 in the party having breakfast. Restaurant wasn't crowed and was quiet. We placed our order with an older woman. She messed up one of our order and we told kindly saying oh sorry but we didnt order this... quickly she snapped at us saying yes you did. You said you wanted this. 1. I was shocked she spoke to us like that. 2. Instead of accepting her mistake she was determined to try to prove she was right and we were wrong on what we ordered. The person was a diabetic person and could not eat that. She walked away and never even came back to check on us, didn't offer to even fix the order. They ate what they could from their order. We don't make senses or try to complain. We still left a decent tip. But we will definitely never go back to this location.

I was in these Danny's 1:30 AM tonight, a server named Byron, it was a good service. He takes care to us me and my wife, I'm really happy to come in in service to them with him and recommend more recommendations to my friends come over and find out the experience that is what suburb and the midnight? My grandson ordered a milkshake. He sucked up 2 pieces of plastic through the straw. We realized there was a plastic bag in the milkshake cup. We told the waitress. She took off the price of the milkshake. She did not give an explanation or offer him m another one.

The waiter working there tonight (7-25-2025) around 11:30 pm is not very friendly. Male, teal shirt, combed hair, w a mustache. His sarcasm was not appreciated and was unbecoming for a person of his maturity level (age). Does not represent the Denny’s brand well.

Is this a self-serve Denny's? I don't mind being seated myself but when the waiter comes up to you and says nothing you're supposed to give your order to him... Not friendly at all. It's no wonder why he works the graveyard shift. Not enough people skills to work a day shift. I would rather be served by the robot.

Well, the service was a little slow, had a bigger size crowd today, that is expected I guess; but I did notice that our waitress had served the couple that came in several minutes after we had, sat near us, and the waitress seemed to know them; but I say, "First come First serve." 🤔😊
Went there late in the evening there was only one waiter acting as a waiter and cashier. He was hustling and took care of everyone. It got pretty busy since people were coming in after the game.

Very bad I feel like the owner of this place needs to find better workers especially there night shift employees I noticed that the waiter and the chef are very good pals that if the waiter doesn't like you she will tell the chef to mess up ur food and the chef will look at you as u eat it knowing what he did !

Came on a busy Saturday morning, service and food was great. It was a bit slow because they only had 2 servers at the time. Staff was kind, paid with ebt with no issues.
