Howdy, I ordered my free rewards pizza. I received the order fresh and hot out of the oven . Esmeralda is the best in my opinion. The service she provided was excellent and she hooked me up too. My go to Dominos place.

I was so disappointed with the people working in this Domino's area. They don't have a good work ethic s. I asked the lady who assisted me if they have that promo for the price of $7.99 but she said they don't have. So she gave me a price for medium pizza for $14.00. So I ordered and pay. For some reason my order take more that Half an hour . The lady who assist me didn't bother check my order . Her attitude should not be allowed to work in that kind of business. The whole time she was prawning. The others who work there where even laughing when Im complaining about the time and no one bothering to check the order. I hope who ever the manager of this chain will conduct a work ethics.

Service was super cool. Dominos is my least favorite pizza and I’ve passed on it even when hungry. I ordered it for someone else and tried a bit of it. The crust was a no but the toppings were really delicious.
Everyone loved it and it was soon gone. This location has seating which I’ve never seen at a dominos.

I've been a customer for about 8years now but what I'm about to say might be the only time but today we ordered tre medium pizza as we always do. Not gonna lie they are always the best but today they were specially small compared to other times, you could eat a slice in two bites. I don't really know if it was only me and only this time but that just made me rethink about just going somewhere else for pizza. I could try the large size or the bigger size but honestly they are getting pretty bland and tasteless. People is always nice and service is nice as always tho

I ordered a dipping cup on the side with the bread bites and driver didn’t bring it. Told me he would go back and get it never did. Called lady on the phone said the same thing that she would send a driver and never did. Still owe me money for it
When I placed my order, I was told that my food was going to be delivered at 7pm. At 7pm it said that the order was “complete” and to “enjoy the food” insinuating that it was delivered but it was not. I called the store and was on hold for over 24 minutes, so I drove to the store. The manager, Jennifer, answered as I was parking and when I explained my situation - she just said “umm I’m on my break right now” and did not offer any help. I walked inside and the worker said she would not end break for 5 more minutes. I waited and she did not come out. I asked the worker how much longer and he talked to her and she had said “a few more minutes”. Ordering for delivery was a waste. When I was waiting in store the phone was constantly ringing and they did not answer any calls. Jennifer did not have good customer service. The worker offered a free drink to compensate for the inconvenience however the damage was already done. This was the worst experience through Domino’s and I have been ordering from here for years.

I have not had pizza in a couple years because of how impatient and some people are well this lady young lady really had a lot of patience and helped me out and made my pizza perfect I think her so much I'm going to go back to that one on Whittier boulevard and Hadley near the Ralph's market

The first time I ordered a delivery, the pizza was undercooked sloppily made, and beyond greasy. They compensated us by giving us a credit for a free pizza. well, I ordered the pizza at 11:45 and it just got here at 12:41. It was not free. I had to pay a delivery fee and I tipped two dollars. I want my tip back and I want my delivery feedback don’t offer me a free pizza if you’re gonna charge me for it in the end and strong army in a paying a tip when you’re not even going to deliver Service worthy of a tip. It asked on the website what the problem was with your pizza/delivery it offers you only one option another pizza, lol from the same Domino’s the seventh circle of Dantes Inferno is this Dominos. The owner showed up in the end saying I’m sorry I only have one driver. Maybe Dominos should think about paying their Drivers a living wage then maybe they get some reliable workers. Just the worst.
