I ordered online. I paid for extra cheese and did not get it. My order online said complete for over 40 mins before it was delivered. I called the store twice on hold each time for almost 10 mins and no one answered. Finally delivered almost 1 hours after I ordered and wasn't even hot. Very disappointed ☹️

Awful experience, ordered delivery and after an hour and 15 minutes of waiting I head to the store. Apparently they must have forgot it was for delivery. They did offer to make me the pizzas but did not refund me the 5.99 delivery charge. It was unacceptable.
I've ordered from here a few times and the pizza from this specific location is low quality. Every time I pick up my order the pizza is dry and looks old. It's definitely warm, but it just looks sad. I'm assuming it's not enough sauce?? the quality is not that great.... I haven't had any customer service issues which seems to be what most of these reviews are about. I'm shocked many people haven't commented on dry/sad pizzas!

Delivery took way too long. The cheese on the pizza looked hard because the pizza was not hot enough by the time it arrived. I would definitely give it 0 stars if I could. I was not satisfied with my food and all they did was sent a code for a "free" pizza

They forgot to make one of my pizzas, again. The people working were overworked, short handed and couldn't handle the number of orders coming in. So it's understandable why they forgot part of my order. It just stinks to have the rest of your order get cold by the time whatever they forgot is being made. Also sauce goes on the bottom, not the top... I'll probably order here again and just try to avoid peak hours or weekends.

Never have I had the worst customer service ever specially the manager, Jennifer stupid girl she need to be fired I ordered over the phone and paid but when I got there she said I need to pay again when I ask why and I showed her I paid on my bank statement she still refuse to give me my food then they refunded me my money I would give no stars, but I had to give one
