I come here quite a bit and order the breakfast burritos they are typically good. I ordered a sausage breakfast burrito with extra sausage and extra cheese and there was nothing extra about it it actually looks smaller than the normal size breakfast burrito. to charge an extra $8.00 and not get what you ordered and all you get is an apology kinda sucks.

I went in and ordered a Strawberry Shake Who makes a shake with ice cubes? She put some milk or cream from a carton in the blender then some strawberry syrup and Ice no Ice Cream ICE and charged me $6.60 and called it a milk shake I call it a Rip off NOT HAPPY AT

I bought a bacon breakfast burrito on 1/25/25 & found a wire with goo inside. I called and requested to speak to a manager to get a refund. The guy that answered said I could only get a store credit. I told him I would never go back. I have reported Doublz to ABC 7 and I posted pictures and the receipt on FB.

Went this past weekend for the first time. Lady at cashier had an attitude. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo and a steak sandwich combo. First thing wrong was the orange Fanta was off told them about it and they did change it for a lemonade. When walking away u could hear them saying there's nothing wrong with it but whatever they say. Tried the lemonade tasted off as well like if it had cold medicine or black licorice in it. Didn't say anything about it cuz at that time I was over it. When I got my food fries were super oily, burger was raw. We could over hear the people in the kitchen say if any more problems I'm not here for it anymore you guys solve it. For almost $50 for two combos this was a horrible place. As someone with anxiety and already not having great service I just left didn't want to deal with the people working there.

Gave food 4 stars because every time I ask for fries well done, extra crispy. We get extra soggy fries. Maybe next gime I'll ask for soggy and I'll get crispy?

Ordered a bacon cheese burger combo. They tried over charging me $3. I asked for a price. Then they corrected the total. No posted price on the drive thru menu. Wouldn't go back. Overcharge for extra sauce $1.20 for a small plastic container of dressing. I ask for yellow peppers and there rotten. Bad experience
Worst chilli chesse fries ever chesse was melted and hard chilli was flavorless . Apparently I’m not the first to complain about the fries . Others have commented in other reviews about Montebello well the Whittier Washington Blvd . Must be following the same standards. No this was not my first time at Doublz I’m a regular customer to this location frequently about 1-2 a month . Sorry my review hurts . Just being honest as I come here frequently.

The food was decent. It was empty and clean. They charged me over a dollar for condiments. But my sofa refill was free... honestly, I think it was free because a cook got me the refill and not the lady ( chasier). Because of the extra charge, me and my son wont go back there. 1 condiment should be free
