Poor customer service, was not given receipt but ordered a coffee and bagel. I asked for sugar and creamer (literally the reason why I drive 20 minutes was for a pleasant coffee with sweet creamer) I asked for creamer and sugar and was rudely handed the to go creamers and ignored when I tried speaking to them again. Really disappointed

Very bad service. Bitter Coffee. Cream didn't work. The employees are young and have no desire to do their jobs. I wouldn't go again.
Just left the drive thru and whoever made my coffee this morning did an amazing job! By far the best latte I've ever had!

First off the service was absolutely terrible! Everyone looks like they hate working here! The dining area was not clean at all and they have plenty of staff to ensure the cleanliness. The donuts were OK the breakfast sandwich wasn't great. Then to top it all off my coffee tasted like ALL sugar (creamer or whatever they used) it felt like it had no coffee in it. I definitely won't be coming here again.

When you go through the drive thru, you're hoping for a speedy experience, but this one was a little slower than we had hoped for, especially on a busy, rushed morning! We didn't even bother ordering coffee, because we didn't want to further delay our time. The donuts were good, but not as fresh as I've come to expect for Dunkin! They did have cute Haloween themed donuts with orange and black sprinkles, but other than that, not a stand out location.
