Had a 3 piece meal leg and thigh and the chicken was great! Cole slaw was ok and could have been better... broccoli is just broccoli... cooked well... tortillas were not cooked.. raw but warm.. avocado salsa is not that great... very watered down and no flavor.. salsa roja is good. This pollo loco is better than the other Whittier one. Good job!

The Baja shrimp is awful! So over cooked it was like chewing rubber..couldn't even eat it. If it would of been cooked tender it would of been good. Never order it again.

Fresh as always. Noticable price increases but for the freshness...I will pay it. Could be a bit cleaner inside though.

As is customary in this type of establishments, a very dirty place ?? another detail is that they have the music too loud... I am Latin and believe me, I can't stand the noise of the music. Can you imagine other people of another nationality or the older people, they are more sensitive to sounds...another detail, the employees seem to be having a party, they are laughing and laughing and when you interrupt them to ask for something, they get upset, it seems like they have been trained to work ? If they don't like it work so look for another easy one...another detail Bathrooms ? stinky and dirty ???? but they will continue like this because I don't think things will change If everything is fine The type of leader or manager they have Simple I won't be able to come and neither I recommend it..?

I was there 10 minutes ago, I paid for a toast with shrimp, they made a mistake and they combined it with chicken. I asked them to change it and they only took away the chicken, they didn't say that the classic one only serves with 4 beds. They scammed me, they didn't want to add more shrimp. Bad service
