Worst service. I placed my order on line. When driving up to window. I asked for only green chile sauce, please. I also put on my on line order, I don't need any salad dressing. Guest what I received salad dressing and NO green chile. This happens all the time. I will no long go to this location. Poor service.
I love this pollo loco especially, because if you change the quality of the food from one pollo loco to another, especially the cilantro sauce, in some pollo loco they make it super salty, but here they make it perfect and delicious.

*** WARNING *** This location serves chicken in your salads that smell and taste like FISH. Absolutely unacceptable. Means they are serving old chicken cooked from previous days. They soak it in water to try and hide the dryness, making it more of a hazard to eat. On top of that, the cook and manager somehow ate 100% ok with serving you BLACK ROCK HARD ROTTEN corn on your salad. How absolutely careless do you have to be to throw this onto someone's salad?????

My mom loves some el Pollo Loco so I had to grab a healthy alternative to the weekend cheat meal and this was perfect, hot chicken and sides with lots of hot flour tortillas for my kids! Food was tasty, juicy chicken and flavorful!

I'm not sure how this location has been able to stay in business all these years. The food is atrocious. I ordered the Classic Tostada Salad and the salad was absolutely wilted. I'm going to assume that the prep at this location is terrible and to make up for it, the kitchen cooks chicken to order and then they end up putting hot chicken in a cold salad... I ate what I could tolerate but ended up throwing most of it away. Also, they end up bagging the salad with my hot food items which doesnt help either. The cashier clearly didnt listen to my order when I told her no sour cream too... lastly, the side of corn for my 2 pc. was brown... Stick to the chicken when you go here. But frankly, theres much better chicken at Juan Pollo!
