CHECK YOUR ORDER!!! Every time I order online for pick up I am missing multiple items. I swear they do this on purpose! People that work there are shady and the manager is even worse!

Very unprofessional experience today. I checked the hours online to confirm they were open, but after waiting at the drive-thru for a significant amount of time, no one answered. I could clearly see employees inside, but no effort was made to communicate that they were closed or behind schedule. Please update your Google hours to reflect your actual availability so customers don't waste their time.

I’ve been coming to this location for over two years now and I have absolutely no complaints. The food and service is always excellent. Particularly, I would like to say thank you to Faith for being so kind through the drive-through today, I know sometimes things such as good customer service are viewed as minuscule but her kindness and demeanor went a long way for just the five minutes of our interaction. Thanks Faith!

They have this girl with glasses she's mostly in the front getting orders ready. She has a very mad attitude. You ask her something, she looks at you and she walks away. She doesn't acknowledge the customers. You say thank you, and she turns around and walk away. If she doesn't like to work there, then is time for her to go get another job or someone fire her. We don't need people like her to work for this place.

I went here today and let me tell you the attitude me and my family got was horrible Elvis the manger had a very nasty attitude also he played like he didn’t understand English took my order and walked off without giving me my change after ordering I had to remind him then he treated me as if I was lying until I showed my receipt as a black woman I felt very disrespected and played with for no reason me trying to put in a simple order became a battle for no reason at all then playing like you don’t understand English is very racist after I already seen you talking in English to your coworker before I started to order

I wouldn’t coming to this location. Always forgetting stuff in the order, and never cook the tortillas( burritos, tacos) practically raw. I thought a tortilla was supposed to be a little crispy??!!

I don’t know about other locations but this location I Santa Fe Springs has been stingy with the chicken servings for A while now I hadn’t came here in a long time for that very reason.
They definitely need to get checked.
