Great customer service. What I like about it .they helped me take my order.cause I have trouble ordering extra tortillas or side orders. Other Pollo don't help me so just cancel my order and leave. Not this one.thank you. Food was delicious chicken well prepared. Definitely coming back even if I have to drive 8 miles from my house .well worth it. Thank you.

Just door dashed from here and ordered the Avocado Verde quesadilla, and it was overly filled with guacamole(and I love guacamole but not to the point where its inedible),and like 3 MAYBE 4 pieces of chicken, and those chicken pieces had fat.

I’m always missing something when I order through door dash, also I ask for multiple salsas for huge orders and they send one little salsa for 3 people. Like seriously, yall that stingy with the sauce? Maybe add an option to charge extra so we can order more and get what we asked for guaranteed.
