Customer service manager need more of that yesterday some one ask for help how to use the computer to order food and ask for help to the manager and he refuse to help him and walk away until another employee came to help him is not cool in front other costumer smh

I have eaten here several times over the past 3 years. From my experience, food has always been fresh and taste good. The pinto beans are very good, especially when they are spicy. The chicken is pretty good too. The chicken burrito is very tasty. The tostada is good however, the chicken can be a bit dry on the tostada. The prices are slightly high but you are paying for quality. I never had an issue with the customer service, the staff has been pretty good.

I was informed by staff that the pollo bowl is no longer served with breast chicken. Instead, shredded chicken.
Also, the amount has decreased. This is pollo Loco in Whittier on Washington.

The only reason I found out is because I ask that my pasted two visit through the drive thru. They made a mistake and gave me shredded chicken. The staff state is cheaper for pollo loco. But, there is no announcement stating on their menu. Unfortunately for me.
