The workers here are rude, it seems like they’ve NEVER smiled ever in their life. Honestly i feel bad for them, being that miserable must suck. Imagine running a business and being rude to the people brining $$ to your pockets. Hopefully they can take a class on customer service soon or get hugged by their moms because it seems they’ve never been loved a day in their life! bottom line don’t shop here

Very friendly and knowledgeable great experence

Never shopping here first time ever making cupcakes bought the wrong boxes. Called and they don't do exchanges going to another shop 13min away now. I asked and first where the boxes were too that is why I grabed them. If they have no exchange policies only twlls you they don't trust you as the customer and they just keep your money and when you go in there you better not make any mistakes because you will lose. Never going back.

Love this place. They have everything from certain occasions to a color you need. I mean it's all neat in there. Love it. Customer service is awesome

Terrible Customer Service I asked a simple question to one of the workers there and she replied to me with a rude tone. I don't know if she was having bad day but come on please don't take your problems to work. Was excited of going there because i follow them on ig but was disappointed. I wasn't staified honestly i don't recommend it. You guys need to work more on your customer service! Remember customer are always right. So there for i personlly wouldn't give them no stars !! I mention to them that i left them a message and took out my phone so i could show her and she got so defensive and gave me a dirty look with an attitude. She said i always answer my message if they don't replied back quick they lose their spot sounds so ridiculous and childish to me...

The girl working in this shop lacks customer service to the fullest. I noticed she gave attitude to the lady in front of me in line and sure enough she did the same to me. If you’re that miserable at your job maybe you should find another job. Happy holidays!

I love this store today was the first time I visit this store ever and they are clean, organized have great service and prices! They had a everything I came in to purchase!! I am definitely going to be a loyal customer.

They act like they don’t want to help you. They’re just sitting there like they don’t want to be here. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming. They need better customer service skills, don’t come here. They’re not helpful find a better place.

I have been coming here for a long time and today I got really bad attitude from the cashier and the manager over a candle that said $5.50 and when she rang me up it was $9.98 I told her wait thats not right it says $5.50 she tells me but when I scanned it thats what it rang up do you want me to get the manager yes please I said then comes the manager and I told her hi the candle says $5.50 she cuts me off and says I KNOW SHE TOLD ME. I said I'm sorry she told me she was getting you . There is no need to be upset you marked the price on it not me.

Very pricey. Not worth it . No good customer service. Rude. Doesn’t acknowledge the customer NEVER AGAIN…
