This is the classiest and most delicious establishment to patronize in Whittier, and probably within a 15 mile radius. The food is delectable and obviously made from scratch. You’ll leave here satiated and feeling good because of the fresh ingredients they use; not too much salt or butter like other places as well. I recently dined at Four Brick and found it to be a good Italian spot. We started off with the the roasted focaccia, Caesar salad and Margherita pizza. I thoroughly enjoyed all of it. The focaccia was warm and flavorful, the Caesar salad was crisp and well-dressed, and the Margherita pizza had a nice thin crust with fresh toppings.
