Amazing place! Stopped by for a quick bite during lunch on Friday and the service was very prompt and friendly. The workers wore masks and their surfaces were very clean, I ordered my food and it was ready within 10 minutes. The food was great! Will definitely be returning to try the variety of dishes they offer.

Located in a small shopping area and small inside. Was not excited by location and aesthetics. But was really good and reasonable price. Standouts were excellent tempura and grilled teriyaki chicken. Will go back

Despite the look of the building (literal hole in a wall) the place is really clean and well kept, the decor reminiscent of an actual, small, Japanese sushi bar circa 1990s. Quaint, but neat. The goods coming out of this kitchen is classic, Japanese hybrid bento: w/ its grilled proteins, shredded salads, and good knife work you're very likely to find something off the menu here that's familiar and tasty. 4 solid stars.

Hidden gem in Whittier. The chirashi bowl is my favorite. Quality of the fish is always great. Have ordered takeout several times during the pandemic - always easy, quick and super nice.

This is our Friday night sushi spot , we always grab to go since the shutdown and I'm always really really happy with everything. It's your consistently good, neighborhood spot. Its west you expect when you want a roll and a movie, ya know? Looks super unsuspecting but absolutely give it a try!
