The food here is great at reasonable prices, delivered quickly. I really wish the signage was better though, as I found the place hard to find even when I was looking for it and I'm familiar with the plaza it's in. I recommend trying a sandwich on first visit and strips on subsequent.

I got the number 2, one chicken caramel soy and the other one is Seoul spicy. They were very tender and crisp and just melts in your mouth! the fries are also coated with this seasoning that pairs amazing with the spicyness. Everything is freshly made in from of you and just overall is very satisfying and filling! I love it here!

Delicious and perfect for when I'm craving a good, spicy sandwich. Chicken is always fried to a perfect crisp, excellent flavor as well. Spice is not overpowering but definitely has a kick if you are into that. Great service and nice staff. Good variety of menu items as well as good quantity for a reasonable price. Their comeback sauce is pretty good, better than other chicken comeback sauces on the market. One thing I noticed is that they changed their fries to crinkle cut recently; compared to their old fries, not as great but they season the fries well which gives them a good flavor. Better than any regular fry so it works with me. If you are into pickles like me try their radish slaw. Good pickled flavor and compliments all of their dishes nicely

First time today and it was delicious. Chicken was good sauce and everything on the burger fresh. Different taste than most chicken sandwiches which is what I liked. Got the spicy and was not too hot. Fast service. Cashier was pretty and friendly. Definitely visiting again asap.

Pretty good sandwich. Had the holdaak chicken sandwich and it was good. However, I have some texture issues. The daikon slaw was a little stringy which was off putting to me. Again good flavor but I couldn't do thr texture. The chicken itself was juicy and nice and crispy on the outside. I want to go back and try their "American" sandwiches. I love chicken sandwiches when they are made well and I feel like this can absolutely be my go to local place. Parking is plentiful. It's not a big place. A few tables inside and a couple available outside. Helpful staff - answered all my questions.

3rd time is always a charm, but all 3 times, Holdaak never disappoints. Having one of the juiciest chicken spots I have ever tried, you know for sure I'll come back. This time, I decided to try their seoul spicy flavor and oh boy was it HOT with a nice tang. I still prefer their original spicy flavor best, but seoul spicy definitely comes right after. The interior was nice and quiet and their staff were nice and friendly to get along with.
