i love coming here every chance i get, i’m ALWAYS treated with kindness even when it’s really busy with a bunch of people in line. i know how to be patient! the manager and her staff always put a smile on my face, & the drinks are always great

Who trains the drink makers? My drink is never correct at this location. Terrible service. I ordered ahead and all of the drinks ordered in store after mine were done. Waited 30 minutes. Never again.

Now everything is ugly, these guys don't know how to make drinks. I always went since they opened this place and I always ordered Macha milk tea for my daughter and everything was fine, but now when I ordered It's very bitter and even if you ask for this sweet, they don't give it to you, which is why I'm not going to go to this place on the Quad anymore.

Come on guys, There are 5 workers standing back there, not a smile on one face, and the tables and floor are filthy! The poor kid that came to the register to help me acted like I was there to feed him brussel sprouts. Do better kids. Your there to do work, not stand around. These workers couldn't care less.

Got here Thursday 12/14 at 9:25pm thinking they close at 10pm, because the sign on the door says **OPEN 10am close 10pm** there was like 4 people inside, so I ordered 2 drinks, when I was handed my drink the girl in the back making the drinks, complaint that we had come right before closing. I apologized and did NOT enjoy my drink!!!

Do not go here came here last night with my mom and although we repeated our order 5 times to the cashier he still got the whole order wrong waited 30 mins to find out once it was ready all 4 of our 4 shaved ice were wrong and vanilla ice cream was completely melted . Only one of the 3 female workers last night offered to remake the order while the other just walked away and did not help her . Instead one was handing her boyfriend free shaved ice over the counter while we waited til about 9:45 to get our order remade . So from 8:30pm to 9:45Pm was such a burn out and an inconvenience to wait for shaved ices when the store was empty . They didn’t even apologize for the wait or screw up .

I come here often! I mean alot! And this guy the middle guy in the end. His name is kevin, seems to always make things difficult. Why cant he just make my orders as specified alwaya a hassle.

Horrible hospitality, i came in with my girl and they all just look at us like something is on our face. We both said hi and got no response. One kid walks over and just stands there and I told him “hey how’s it going” no response. I said “okay well we’re not ready yet still looking.” & then the first words came out “okay then” and then he walked away. We were ready soon after and then I told the closest girl since there was like 5 of them huddled up in the back. She didn’t respond to me she looked at my girl and said “what can I get you.” We ordered and she gave me my receipt and said nothing. Lol I was close to leaving but my girl wanted boba. It smelled like weed so they were most likely high but damn. Who’s high and that rude and boring.
