I ordered 2 hash browns with my breakfast order and found only 1 in my bag ,i noticed when I got home also soda the size and price are the same. Jack is dishonest with that commercial large sodas and cheaper price. Advice check your bag before driving away. These dudes don't understand the inconvenience they put you through, not to mention ruining your meal and waste of gas going and explaining their crew up. They don't offer anything for your inconvenience 😞 and time wasted!

Messes up my order every time..They gave my Daughter half of hash brown burnt..they threw her breakfast sandwich in the box all messed up..you would think there's a manager supervising these careless kids..the manager is possibly just as careless but then again I forgot it takes a rocket scientist to work at Jack in the box 😒

Great crispy chicken garden salad!! Another Access Transportstion scheduling error on my part caused me to be stranded at my barber shop: Fantasy Cut but in this 101-degree weather, I found a cool haven at the Jack-in-the-box next door. I ordered a breakfast combo#1. The sandwich was totally uninviting it was literally just thrown together with a flat wannabe croissant bread. But i soon realized this was not gonna tie me until my ride came. I ordered their green salad with CRISPY chicken and a Dr. Pepper twist soda. The chicken was very, very tasty and crunchy. It brought the salad to another level. The Dr. Jack twist soda was a refreshing surprise. The cashier was very kind, and staff periodically came out and wiped the tabes. I definitely need to come back and try their chicken sandwiches. Thank you for your hospitality Update 11/12/24: been back time and time again decided to provide feedback on the "noggy or nice BISCOFF SHAKE" can we say brain freeze? I drank that up it so darn delicious and of course the crispy chicken on the SOUTHWEST SALAD is still tasty as ever. JITB was my childhood favorite and had continued to this day. Thanks for staying current ?

Food is okay but they always get the orders wrong when I go through the drive thru. Ordered double eggs on my breakfast jack and when I got home they had only put 1 egg. Slow down, dont rush, and check your orders before handing it to your customers.

Their customer service is okay. Depending on the person. I've gotten some that were nice and some that make you feel rushed when ordering. One time they gave me chicken tenders that weren't cooked all the way, so be mindful when ordering those here. Their burgers are usually good, haven't had any issues with those, yet.
