People were nice and friendly . Place was very clean but the food looked and tasted like it was pulled straight out of the freezer and served barely heated . And the curly fries looked like I got the bottom of the fries . I was hungry and short on time so they were lucky!!!

I ordered an online order last night around 12:54 so I drove up to the speaker box and nobody answer so I left and saw someone stand up and run to the back which I thought was weird and someone else drove up so maybe they couldn’t hear me so we took a turn back around and the front driver didn’t get a response neither which was very weird because now I know somebody is indeed inside mind you I had two orders and I check my phone again and it says completed!!! My order was indeed not completed I have video proof and everything I was sitting at the drive thru for about 20 minutes I also honked and still nothing next day im calling the store they don’t pick up at all I called 4 times and nothing they thinking they will get away with taking my money I don’t think I will take this up to the highest u until I receive my money

This location was the worst I've been to. Twice have I asked for simple well done fries and there is always attitude about when they forget.
No words can describe the disrespect and the disregard for a wrong delivered orderI literally ordered and drove back through the drive-through at 11 PM at night and the manager/employee by the name of Mirabelle told me that she could not give me my actual order and it was already run through my ATM bank card and literally slammed the sliding window on me when I asked for her full name and said nothing. I know that Jack and Box doesn't condone this yet Maribel and I know name does not exemplify JB philosophy. I asked her to renew and or correct the order and she was not having her time being taking away from the tail end of her shift. So disappointed and it's not jack in the box ... it's the reps that represent them. It's 11:30pm till 12:08am that this can be reviewed and brought back to Marisol Whi was arrogant and just ungodly rude and disparaging to me.

Ok so I ordered from Uber eats I ordered a burger tell me why they forgot to put the patty it’s called a hamburger they forgot my cheesecake also I been trying to call the restaurant and no answer it rang at first no one picked up after that it’s been going to

I came in on a Saturday with my son and I must've ruined the cashier's day because she looked at me so disgusted like why am I there, the worse feeling to give to a customer. And taking my order she was so rude, looked depressed, honestly worst experience I've ever had I don't think I'm ever coming here again and to here her complain to another coworker about WiFi that shouldn't be your concern it should be how you greet and make customers feel. She didn't even have a name tag on so i can't point her out the closest thing is the receipt says veky.

I've had good food here before, but this trip no go. The food is actually very unappealing to look at and there's no taste to make up for how it looks. I know things never resemble the pics you see online, but the Sourdough Jack I got is so flat I'd swear someone sat on it. Not gonna finish it as I'm afraid it'll make me sick. The onion rings are just as bad, so overcooked parts are even black. For $15 I expect something edible. Bad enough I wasted my "splurge" meal on this garbage. Should've stayed home and had my PB&J.
