This place forever makes me go to the front and then I wait so long and to come home to find my order is wrong or missing something or they gave me someone elses stuff after paying extra. I rather go father if it means they get it right pointless for me to go back when my food is only going to get cold.

Worst Location Ever. Not even joking EVERY time I order from here whether it's in person or online, my order is wrong or missing something fully. I ordered TWICE today and BOTH times my food was either a completely different item(I ordered a cheeseburger and got chicken nuggets) and then when I ordered again to actually get my burger the entire thing was just missing.

Sometimes I stop here to grab lunch since it's close to work, the caramel iced coffee is good and I also like the lime coke or grape sprite
I work next door so I come here almost everyday for breakfast and everyday these people have the nastiest attitudes. Today Sonia helped me and I ordered some fries and a chocolate over load and I asked her if she could charge me for a milk shake but instead of giving me a whole milkshake if she can just pls put like a dot of ice cream in the middle of my over load cake. She gave me the nastiest look and said no. I asked her why, I’m still paying and every other Jack in the back I’ve been too has done it without a problem. She just said when I even asked her to explain why. I let it go because I knew she wasn’t going to let me talk and when I payed and was about to drive off she cussed at me in Spanish under her breath and slammed the window shut up before I could even react.
