I came here today to pick up an uber order. The worker I asked about it seemed a little confused, and when the order was ready he tried to hand me the bag without the stickers properly sealing it. That should have been the first red flag, but I asked him to put another sticker on it and that was that. Turns out he only gave me half the order. That’s partly my fault, I definitely should have double checked, but I’m so used to picking up completely sealed orders from fast food places that I didn’t think I needed to check. Usually checking means tearing open the sticker, and I’m obviously not going to do that. Anyway, I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble, it’s just frustrating because it makes me look bad and affects what I get paid.

I live 1/4 mile,every time I go to this location it's one thing or another. Forget items,burgers stacked side ways to top it off they assure they didn't forget anything!! When I go back to complain about missing items I'm the one that has to go through the embarrassment. Shorted my tacos!!

I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience here was so frustrating. I felt like I had to say so. The employee who took our order, her name was Sarahi A, she sounded annoyed like I was bothering her during my order and after.
I asked for a simple modification at the window, but she told us we could do it ourselves. The employee was rude, she obviously was having a bad day or has no patience. She cut us off through out our order and wouldn’t confirm after what we ordered if she heard or not, having us sitting in silence. Then after she kept asking around 4 times for “anything else” with cutting us off not leaving room to add more to our order. I’ve worked in customer service and I understand that there can be tough customers, but that interaction obviously came from something else.
Honestly, if you don’t want to be there, don’t take it out on the customer. I get that fast food is busy, but basic courtesy and decency shouldn’t be too much to ask. Definitely won’t be going back to this location.

Not a good impression at all! Jalapeño poppers??! Anyways got the Dodgers special for first time, that includes a jumbo jack when purchased a Large drink and judge by yourself. Nice location. $8.00
I have been going here for years and have always had a great meal no matter what I have ordered and has always been correct. The Staff has always been very professional and have shown courtesy no matter what I spend. Shows there is a great training for a great dining experience. Only thing lacking is getting the Coke free choice machine filled and serviced in the dining area. Thanks Whittier Jack in the box. Corner of Whittier Blvd and Virginia ave.

This place is terrible! Every single time I have come to this place I have had an issue. They always forget something in my order. They always park me no matter what. I’ve been the only person in the drive thru and they still park me. The girl taking orders is really rude. She forgot about me while I was ordering, She completely forgot that I was ordering food. I had to repeat my order many times. Super frustrating. They need to get this place situated asap. But from what I hear jack in the box is closing its doors. Not sure if it’s true or not but they should to this location.

Employees have no idea how to speak in English completely and could not understand our order. We had to point to the visual description of the order we wanted. You had better check your order before you leave! Our combination was without fries, and we didn't even get upgraded for our inconvenience of having to come back to the counter 🤔. Talking about rude and no customer service! No questions asked, we should have been as customers taken care of by this Mgr 🤫. Cultivating and growing the company is what this is about!
