Gave me diarrhea but my son loves it. Blue Spirulina drink is actually faded green This one is very busy after school. The one on the corner of imperial and La Mirada Blvd is much cleaner.

I LOVE coming to this Jamba Juice! It brings me back to happy memories when my dad used to take me to Jamba Juice as a little kid. The service was amazing! The beautiful young lady naylene was such a delight. She has the best customer service by far! She really made my day. And I will definitely be back thanks to Naylene!

I was in the area, so decided to pop in and get me a juice with my $5 gift card. Gal behind the counter didn't know how to use the phone app, but still manually took it off, so I was good. Your experience at a Jamba depends upon the person behind the counter. At least the store was clean.

The Jamba Juice in Santa Fe Springs is always a great go to location for a cool down smoothie. The store is located in a small shopping center with other popular restaurants such as Five Guys, Capriotti's, and Panda Express. I ordered the Classic Orange Dream Machine smoothie, and it has always been one of my favorites! It was refreshing and a perfect way to refuel after a day of painting the house.

Freakin rude Rude rudeNo smile, no hello no thank you for the order- wtf Jamba?! I don't need anyone kissing my A** but come on?! Freakin RUDE! When order was ready she motioned with her head your drinks have been ready over there. I'm not a dog!!! Never, ever been treated like that. You need to learn how to take care of your customers little girl! Lots of learning to do! Jamba handle!! Will not be back!!

I've been to a lot of Jamba Juice! But this branch is better than anywhere else. They may have all the same menu. But the customer service differs. Here is the place where I had experienced the best customer service. Friendly, helpful, happy, and courteous. Keep it up jamba crew ( I was there Wed before closing).

Walked in and it was empty, took a while for someone to come out of the back to take my order. When she did come out, she was talking on the phone. She was taking my order while talking to someone on the phone, she would not let the phone go, even while making the smoothies and having more costumers come in. It felt very inappropriate

Visited frequently. This location doesn’t do fresh juices or wheat grass. Kinda disappointing..

I visited this location during my lunch. I walked into the store and a person who was about to clock in, saw me and completely disregarded me. There was another associate in the lobby and as soon I was walked in, she went to a back room. These two workers saw me and noticed that I was there, yet they did not acknowledge me. I said Hello a couple of times before even being assisted. Terrible customer service. Don't come to this location. There is another Jamba Juice close by, go to that other one.

I highly recommend this location. The staff is always very welcoming and I'm never disappointed with what I order. The last time I was there it was extremely busy and there was a bit of a wait which is understandable but they had great team work and got everyone's orders out as fast as they could. I will say though the app is a little difficult to use and missing product that's on the menu but otherwise 10 out of 10!

Fransheska and Angie - the best customer service I've ever had at a Jamba Juice. I was greeted immediately as soon as I walked in. I had a mobile order to pick up and had made a mistake in my order. Both ladies took it upon themselves to make it right without it making me feel like I was at fault. Both had a warm and friendly smile and attitude. My order was out quickly and they tasted amazing. I will make this my go to location!

this may be due to change of staff. but as of June and July the "emo" looking girl working there has provided very bad customer service. I've always been polite and patient, but overall her attitude is just a "I don't want to be here" "I don't care" attitude. recently I called to place an order, they placed me on hold and I could hear her "gossiping" with her co worker. then 5 minutes after, they took my call/order. 10 minutes later, my husband and I park and he gets down to pick up my order. after he walked in, I noticed 3 other people go in. well guess who received their order first? the 3 people who walked in after. our order took 27 minutes to be done. even after it was placed over the phone to avoid waiting. the customer service has really changed at this Jamba Juice. it's been too many times I've experienced something negative.
