Never seem to have fresh orange juice when I come and the manager was rude to me for even suggesting they increase their orders to keep them in stock. I feel bad for the regular young staff who have to come up with some excuse every time I ask for orange juice as it's completely out of their control. Appears the juicing machine is also broken regularly and only "qualified" techs can fix them (similar to the McDonalds shake machine situation). I'll be patroning Nectar across the street. Shame on Jamba Juice.

My wife was given an incorrect marked drink with an item that she was allergic to and drank it. Once she complained through the company process a rude and disrespectful "Manager" called and basically yelled and told my wife she was wrong, and it was my wife's fault for her mistake. She stated asking for an ingredient not to be in it might not always happen. Ummm weird. Then turned her bad customer service into a poor me moment that she should be felt sorry for. The staff made a mistake that could have been a bigger deal if we didn't catch it. But instead took no ownership and raised her voice at a customer without apologizing. Asked to speak to another person but have not been contacted. Definitely disappointed in the service. But guess we continue to be expected to pay increased prices with port service. We will not be back to this location again.

First let me start with your menu. The menu board offers oatmeal. Server (Angela) said they don't make oatmeal at this location. I suggested they take it off the menu board since it's on a smaller attached sign. She responded with attitude with "like i said, we don't make it at this location". I was not rude to her in anyway, maybe dealing with customers is not the job for her. I will not be a customer at this location.

When I went and got my peanut butter moo'd I noticed it was more packed than usual, the worker was by herself but Kristen was able to show up and show out during the rush. Even by herself she was able to be welcoming and kind and showed extreme initiative 5/5 stars, will recommend again.

One of the workers, possibly delivery, was going 35 mph and scratched our car as we were turning to park TO GET Jamba. Workers refused to take responsibility for their reckless driving and told us they didn't care. I had two kids, 7 and 15, in the back seat. Never going to this location again.

Please fix your hours I brought my two-year-old son over there because it said you were open at 8 AM and it was 815 and you were not open but your door says 9 o'clock and to put a two-year-old back into the car seat after a minute of being out, you can probably imagine what I had to deal with. Also, this place needs more staff on hand. When I do come here I always expect a long wait and one person doing the job all by Themselves And sometimes the order comes out completely mixed up if I order too much stuff depending on the employee
I don't normally get this annoyed and leave negative review but today someone really push my button. My boyfriend and I waited more then 15 mins for our drink and we finally ask the lady what was going on with our drink and she had an attitude, what took me another level of frustration was I specifically told het NO BANANA and of course the added the banana in my shakes. Service suck!!

They randomly changed there open hours from 8am to 9am but failed to update Yelp, website or maps. My kids & I went out of our way this morning to get breakfast but was turned away due to the store not being open. Do not come to this Jamba Juice they are lazy and will most likely change there hours and not update any sources. I think this was completely unprofessional and not good business. My family lives in Whittier and will not being going back to this Jamba Juice.

I accidentally got in the wrong line, the girl working there saw me, knew I was waiting to order and then called someone behind me to ask for their order, so I left, I felt she was being rude and could have told me instead of ignoring me and my party.

You guys! Jamba Juice has plant based smoothies now!……. I thought they always had plant based though. I suppose that means it was never real fruit or veggies? Or maybe not organic before (there was speculation of their produce being “just sugar”, I hope not). Their plant based smoothies is definitely worth a try .
