Amazing food, music, and customer service! A friend and I stopped by for brunch on a Sunday after a walk at the Whittier Trail. We sat at the bar and had our order taken right away. I had the chicken chilaquiles with a 50/50 agua, and my friend had the chicken and waffle with an orange juice. The chilaquiles were really good! The food was average so was the service. Friend got the chilaquiles and she said they were great. I got the chicken and waffles and the syrup lacked flavor as well as the "hot" sauce. Chicken was cooked great but on the slimmer parts it was hard and rough. Waffle was also very soft and fluffy. I like my waffle with more of a crunch. It's a waffle not pancake.

Came and ate at JC's Kitchen for the first time today and I was impressed with the quality , presentation and taste of the food I haven't had good food like this in awhile I'll definitely be coming back and telling friends and family
