I ordered a Philly cheese steak it was okay. The ingredients onion and green peppers, over cooked. The food was fresh. Boo's Philly steaks on Wilshire is the closest I have come to a Philly steak. Jersey Mike not that great compared to an actual Philly steak. The last steak I ordered the bottom bread was soggy, I could not eat it. The bottom slice was cut thin the top was cut thick. The grease caused the soggy bottom of the roll. The service is, you order, they prepare your food and you pick it up at the register. No atmosphere at all. Not good. The price is normal for a philly steak, just does not taste that good. I ate in once and had take out the next time. The takeout was awful with the soggy bread. I am from Philly and I do make my own cheese steaks.

Not customer service friendly ~ nice nasty Workers in the service industry should be required to be very customer friendly. I just left there and I believe the supervisor is not being a model to employees that report to her the importance of providing an excellent customer service experience. Why take this type of job if you do not have a pleasant and friendly attitude towards all customers.

I like to get the bowls from here really great.. noticed when I do online orders I dont always receive all my items. I add on chips and a tea they always seems to forget my tea. I tend to have someone pick it up for me so they dont really go looking though the bag. So its kinda sad to see my full order not there half the time [big tea person]

This location is my new favorite J.M., ever since they closed the Jersey Mike's on Beverly and Norwalk we have missed some good sandwiches. Today we experienced good food, courteous and engaging service and a friendly store location.
Couple others mentioned it and they’re exactly correct, this location is painfully slow. They prioritize online and phone orders with zero sense of urgency for the customers actually in store. How can you work on 4 online orders right in front of me when I’m trying to pay and leave? Makes zero sense to not have a dedicated area for online orders. Very frustrating how often this location has a 20 minute wait…

I live close, so I used to try and grab something here before I go to work. Jersey Mike's does some dumb thing where they will literally have 5 people there and one person making the sandwiches. The 2/3 times I've been here I had to wait because they're doing someone's online order. And it's been more than 5+ minutes each time before they even ask me my order. The 3rd time I came I straight up left because it was taking forever.
TL;DR make sure you have at least 10+ minutes to spare for your sandwich.

Great atmosphere! Friendly staff and great tasting food! If you're in the mood for a good sandwich, this is the place to go to! My wife and I prefer coming here for good food! They do a great job here!
