Came in to grab a meal and when I went in at 8:57 pm the worker said they were closed. So asked what time they closed and he said 9pm. Technically they should still be open but was denied service but they were already putting stuff away. Customer service should be better to accommodate paying customers when they should still be open.

Food is OK...still just a sandwich @ very inflated prices. Also, you pick up or pay extra for 3rd party delivery. Bottom line: convenience is not free nor is Bidenomics. Cost of living in CA!

This review is for the 2 people who were working this evening by themselves. They were both patient with my order, and took their time building our sandwiches. Thank you to the both of you tonight that made our experience a nice one considering the day I had. Had to post pictures of our sandwiches because they really took there time. Our sandwiches were delicious.

I got a coupon from my daughter's friend from school. Buy one get one free regular sandwich. Great deal!! The only thing was that I had to drive out to this location in Whittier. The moment I stepped in, I was immediately greeted and was offered assistance. I had a few questions regarding other sandwiches than my go to Club Sandwich. I didn't get his name but he was very helpful and took the time to offer suggestions and shared what others order often. I've never had someone from other locations take the time to explain things and even offered a discount to try different sandwiches next time. I'm definitely coming back even though I'll be passing other Jersey Mike's along the way.

Whoever the manager is at this store needs to be aware of how they treat people who order online. I have ordered from here a few times now via Uber Eats & have had missing items & when I asked for a refund from Uber eats I feel that the store is now holding a grudge against me. This is ridiculous. I tried ordering another time after this & my order was rejected by the store than I thought I would give it one more try & this time they delayed my order by almost an hour & then cancelled it. Are children running this sandwich shop?????

Recently started eating here and their sandwiches are fantastic. Fresh ingredients and great quality meat. I ordered the wrong sandwiches by mistake for delivery and they were kind enough to remake the sandwiches free of charge. Joe was very helpful and considerate of my issue and fixed it no problem. Will definitely be a usual here!

6/28 morning, worst customer service ever experienced. 4 on the counter, I was the only customer. Nobody greeted me, took them 3 mins to even ask me anything or acknowledge me even tho nobody was in there? Girl who did the bread was extremely rude and passive aggressive not sure why... lol wish I got her name tho ew. Just no manners, kindness, anything. Very weird energy and experience lol
I recently visited Jersey Mike's and had an amazing experience! Although store was busy Aaron was very helpful and recommended the #13 sandwich, which was absolutely delicious. His customer service was friendly and quick which made my experience even better. I will definitely be coming back!
