The food was ok I’m not a big onion fan and almost everything has onions. The one thing I did not like that’s why I lowered my rating is the ice in the drinks was excessive. You get more ice than anything else.

I really enjoyed this place last time, however this visit was disappointing. I ordered the Mocajete and there were fruit flies or nats found in my rice and beans. I told our server but he didn’t seem very concerned, he said he would bring fresh beans and rice however I had kinda of lost my taste at that point. Also noticed we weren’t offered chips and salsa when we were seated while other tables had them. The place was quite empty for a Sunday so wondering if it’s due to the issues described. Lastly, they advertised tribute shows of Selena and mariachi and neither was played for entertainment.

I really wasn't expecting much it was my first time coming to this restaurant but their Taco Tuesday was actually something to come back to they have a lot of different choices for the meat and the food actually was really good.

I don’t really like chains, but I think that kalaveras has kept it consistent throughout the years. They still kept the same vibe, kept the same type of menu, and promote the same type of night.

The food was good, customer service was great, the ambience was loud. My issue with this place was, they had music videos playing on loop showing women in thongs, half naked, pretty inappropriate stuff for families. I'm no prude, but we had like 6 kids with us and it was 4pm. We kept having to direct their eyes elsewhere while they basically had corn playing on all the tv's. Not cool.

This was the first time and I was pleased with the choice. The bar 🍸 is stocked with a few Tequilas and Mexican beers. Their chicken tacos 🌮 are delicious. I plan to return for happy hour.

My first time at this location. We went on Sunday for brunch. The lines to get food is absolutely ridiculous. I waited almost 30 minutes to get an omelette and the set up is really disorganized. The manager saw the long line and didn't think about putting someone else to help with tacos. The manager saw the long line and didn't do anything about adding someone else to help. There was a long line for the entire brunch.

We were tired and hungry, we got there, no one was at the front, we waited for about 10min all servers around kept just doing their thing, the host came out of the kitchen with a to go order and finally gave us a table at the entrance, it was cold. We requested and moved to another table. The food was ok. Hubby ordered a second beer that never came but the bill made it. Definitely not going back
