AVOID THIS PLACE!I am a humongous fan of Kopan. I’ve been to the Fullerton, Roland Heights But not this location is the worst. I’ve been here three separate times and gotten pretty garbage service. Seating other people that just show up after you “ happened more than 3 occasions”. My last experience was me and a friend waited 45 minutes to get our drinks and get the bill but my waiter was to busy sitting and eating food with her friends while on the clock. Straight up can’t make that up smh. Told the host what’s up and that I will pay for my food but not tip.

This place is amazing! Their food is delicious, incredibly beautiful and of the highest quality I have found on a sushi restaurant. The assorted sushi dishes are out of this world. Each piece is superior to the one before, to the point that there's almost a moment of sadness when the plate is finally empty. I would recommend this place, without any hesitation whatsoever, to the most demanding palates and sushi lovers.Oh! And to all vegans, please, pleaaaase try the King Mushroom Steak. I can't even begin to tell you how many exquisite flavors will appear and disappear in your mouth with every bite.

Great Sushi and great sushi chefs. Servers are young and inexperienced so we usually will sit at sushi bar for better service. Definitely try the Hamburg Steak! It's a hamburger patty, not a fancy German steak by the way?

This was my first time eating ramen and it was a pleasant experience. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and given a seat. I ordered the tonkotsu ramen and my friend got a sushi roll. Both were presented nicely and tasted good, and the surrounding atmosphere was beautiful. Some staff are friendly but some are quiet, I didn’t mind it.Kid-friendliness: Forks were provided.

Went in to get to go. Ordered what i have ordered before and was told can't do that. The girl started taking order then the guy walked up and started deleting saying we can't order soup without noodles. Really? If I'm paying for soup without noodles what does that matter. I was so turned off by his attitude and deleting my order that I don't think I'll ever go back. Oh well plenty of other Ramon places around

Getting worse since they opened. They didn't ever bring us any ginger for the rolls. When the ramen came out, the egg and bamboo shoots were cold, almost as if out of the fridge. Before we could even finish our meal, the hostess came by and started clearing the table even though, and she moved my chopsticks with her bare hands before I was even done with my meal. Unprofessional and just disappointing.
Great service and food always come here and try everything they have shisito peppers that are out of this world

Delicious comfort food. Garlic ramen bowls are big enough to share or have for Lily Bach the next day. The kids loved everything, the rice, the pork, the noodles, everything. Alcoholic beverages are delicious, I recommend them he fruit flavored nagori drinks or chilled Saki, so tasty. Staff is very friendly and CLEAN! Beautiful decor (a little dark), very comfortable on hot days. Parking lot is big and wheelchair accessible.

I usually tend to love Kopan, came in on a Saturday from 3:15-3:40. Hostess seemed upset to show us our seats. Had to ask another server for plates and ginger. Requested a menu to order more Sushi, hostess seemed upset, walked away and never returned to our table. 15 minutes later i requested togo boxes for ramen from a different server. Really wanted another sushi roll. Now we know if that server is there, go elsewhere. Party of 4 btw

The Tonkotsu (pork bone) broth of the flagship ramen has a good flavor and the atmosphere of the restaurant is pretty cool. In the area, this place is a contender but don’t expect it to compete with any ramen you’ve had in Japan.
