“This lil Ceasars is clean, the staff is friendly & the pizza us made with love. I've been to other lil Ceasars & they don't compare to this one on Santa Gertrudes at leffingwell. We will drive a lil longer to get better service & a better made pizza“
“Probably the best LC I’ve ever been to. Food is guaranteed to be fresh and prepared better than other locations. If you want to get LC and you’re in the area, buy from here. They usually have pizzas and sides prepared, no need to order.“
“It seems that it's always busy, never have I been able to go in and walk out with my pizza, unless I order in advance. You can call and pre order or go online and place your order. Good pizza, crazy bread and cheese bread... Not best place for wings in my opinion, they are just ok. Friendly staff. Prices are very affordable, pretty good selection of toppings. Having the app makes things a lot easier when ordering, but don't expect loyalty no matter how many times you go there. They have no rewards, I have been ordering a pizza and crazy bread every Friday for the past 6 months and have yet earned a free pizza, or free anything, ? not great.“
“I placed an order today for delivery and it was missing a few items. I had also requested for the order to be handed to me once it arrived to my home but the driver just placed it on the floor on the the porch in front of the door and didn’t bother to ring the doorbell. By the time I realized the order had arrived it had been sitting there for 15 minutes so it was also cold. I tried calling the store but there was no answer and I kept getting transferred automatically to their corporate customer service department who then tried to transfer me back to the store which again never answered. I was upset that I had to drive to the store to get this resolved. When I arrived, “Adam”, the cashier assisted me. He was extremely professional, calm, and didn’t get defensive at all. He apologized and offered to refund my whole amount, without me having to ask for any sort of compensation. He still gave me the missing items as well. The 5 stars is for Adam and Adam alone. Definitely not for the driver that screwed up my order, and definitely not for corporate who kept transferring me back to the store. Props to Adam for handling the situation the way he did and being professional. Everyone screws up….God knows I do. It’s how you recover from it that matters….hence the 5-Stars. Great job Adam.“
