I actually was surprised how good the food was, better than most Mexican restaurants, great beans and mole, good chicken. I would definitely bring family or friends over. It was a bit pricey, but I didn’t care at that moment because i was happy at the end.

I had the pollo tacos and beans and rice. The service was great and the place was nice. If I ever go back, I'd definitely try something different.

Great Oaxacan restaurant! I love their chapulines! they are crunchy, tasteful and spicy. They offer salsa and chips at the table and the salsa has the perfect kick. The handmade tortillas are very good, fluffy and big. We also tried tasajo, it was tender and flavorful. Our server, Marieli, went above and beyond, she makes incredible cocktails

A great menu, the food is well served, the bathrooms a little dirty but passable, and the service and attention not very good at all.

The salsa for the chips and salsa was great. I ordered the molcajete and it came out piping hot. I also ordered the shrimp fajitas. The food had a cinnamon taste all of it from the beans to the chorizo to the mole (which I also ordered). Not sure if that's a Oaxaca thing ? I wasn't a fan. The service was phenomenal. Very friendly and attentive. The place was very Mexican. Looked like a piece of Mexico. Very colorful. Loved the ceiling.

The food was absolutely tasty!I would highly recommend the Tlayuda Supreme. The mole is a happy medium between sweet and spicy. Everyone was very kind and attentive. I look forward to tasting more of the menu very soon.

This was my first time visiting the place because of a friend's recommendation,I clarify that this is my own opinion based only on our experience,The waiter's attention was very good, and the dishes also had a very authentic flavor. The factor that prevented us from enjoying the food was the drinks. We ordered two micheladas that were super hot and the super salty mix was impossible to drink. Then we asked the waiter I only exchanged them for soft drinks although he insisted on bringing some complimentary beers which we still couldn't drink because they were TOO HOT.

I’m in the area a lot for work and like trying new places. This is one I’ll be back to. The mole was wonderful and I really enjoyed the service.
